• Like the location...
• They do not have shuttle service to Naval base. U has to call taxi to go anywhere&

“Well, my Name is joshing Mathew. I'm from Philadelphia. I came to Waukegan for one of my friend's graduation at the Naval base. The motel's room was 59.99+tx which came out to 66.89. It was neat and really close to the Naval base and 6 flags. If u want to go anywhere u have to get taxi. It is only 2.6 miles away from 6 flags; staff was very nice, and so clean just like Ramada inn or any other expensive hotel. It is under a new management and going for motel 6. It has out door pool. Which extremely nice. So enjoy&”

“My family and I checked in to the Best Inn (now Budget Inn) on Green Bay Road in Waukegan on 7/15/05. When we got into our room, the television didna''t work. So they gave us a different room. That one was better. Then we went down to the pool. Most of the doors in the building had broken glass. The pool was leaking into the parking lot so they had 2 hoses constantly filling the pool which made it very cold. Not only that, but due to a run-in with another of your customers at the pool who had a dog with no leash and made sure we knew he was homeless, we decided to check-out immediately. Oh, also, we found out that the door to exit the building nearest our room didna''t lock.



The clerk told us that the manager wasna''t on duty but she would bring it to his/her attention to credit my credit card. The charge hit my credit card today. I called the hotel and the clerk again said the manager wasna''t in. I left my name and number but have not gotten a response. I called again and she said the manager had been in and out all morning but hadna''t called me. The clerk said she would remind the manager next time she saw him/her but I still havena''t gotten a call back.
