• Would have liked a mini fridge in the room

• Very convenient location.

• Immaculate bathroom, nice variety on breakfast self serve breakfast, hot rice in steamer a nice touch.
• I really cannot .It isn't the four seasons, but it is one of the nicest 'moderately' priced hotels I have ever stayed in.

“Nice curb appeal, care taken to make even the parking lot attractive (flowers etc). Staff friendly and efficient. Early self serve breakfast plentiful, and convenient. Clean, attractive and everything in good working condition. Overall, more than I expected in this price range. I highly recommend.”

• I like the upgrades i.e. micro fridge, cleanliness.
• None.

“I like the location, near our conference. The receptionist was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We Will come back again!”

• Spacious room.
• Did not have exhaust fan or heat lamp in bathroom.

• Hardboiled eggs.
• Rest of breakfast offerings were sugar and other crabs.

“Very attractive lobby. Handy, accessible microwave on ground floor. Shiny tile floor in bathroom. Not a great Atkins breakfast, but a few hardboiled eggs were nice to add to a McDonald¿s double cheeseburger.”

• There was not much I didn't like, the room was great, and it was close to my job.
• There was nothing I didn't like!

• I had a problem with the first room I had, and they gave me a new room immediately.
• Hotel smelled like cabbage the first times I walked in - apparently the carpet was being cleaned.

• The front desk staff was hilarious, courteous, prompt.
• Worst I can come up with is lack of candy choices on 3rd floor.

“Very clean. Good response to calls. Very friendly staff. In fact, my mother finally arrived and when I came down to get her, she was gone. One staff member said she went to get her purse from the van, just then I saw her and said rats, I was going to take her suitcase and hide, the two staff members said, hurry, go around the corner. We all laughed about that. I'd definitely go back there.”

• Clean, comfortable, spacious.
• Was told I could check in between 1-2. couldn't check in until 3:40.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only problem was at check in. I arrived at 1:30pm and was told no rooms were clean yet. Only 2 other guests were waiting to check in. A room wasn't cleaned and available for me until 3:40. The reality was housekeeping wasn't communicating with the front desk and visa versa.”

• Clean, friendly, convenient, airport shuttle service.
• Price could be a little better, and no pool/sauna.

“Overall, this hotel well met my needs as I was attending a seminar there. The availability of breakfast and coffee was helpful to keep me from having to go out for that, and allow more relaxed time to get to my seminar. It is also surrounded by restaurants and good transportation. Good location.”

• Good location, clean and large room.
• Smoking room which was unable to be switched to non smoking, though I doubt the hotel was full.

“Overall great. I spoke with one gentleman that I asked if it were possible that I switch to a nonsmoking room and he said no. However, I did not see that many people around that would leave me to believe that the non-smoking rooms would be full. Not a huge deal, but I felt as if I was just being fed a line to make his life easier. Overall, I was very pleased and would return to the hotel.”

• With hairdryer, iron, free breakfast, nice lobby, near Mitzvah.
• Bathroom is smaller than Motel 6.

“I don't need to bring my hairdryer. Their breakfast is good. Room size is same as the Motel6, and the bathroom is smaller than Motel6. And I found there was some trash under the bed. But I still like to choose Holiday Inn Express.”
