• The staff was very helpful and kind.
• My room was right across from the elevator. When I called to see if other rooms were available, the front desk said all rooms are suites.

“The hotel was a good experience. It's dated, so the floor squeaks when someone walks in the room upstairs from you. I didn't like the fact that when I asked to move rooms because of the noise, I was told that all rooms away from the elevator were suites and would cost more money.”

• Great staff at breakfast - right on the ball.
• They did not want to meet the price for a friend.

“This hotel was nice. The rooms were large with a nice recliner and plenty of floor space. The room was clean and fresh smelling (something I am very strict about). The common areas were in good repair and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.”

• It was a good experience and I would use it again.
• No refrigerator in room. PTAC unit has compressor noise & vibration.

“Since I come from the heating & A/C Industry, I would recommend new quarter PTAC units as you replace equipment. Not repair.”

• The people at the desk were very helpful.
• The side parking lot door was not working at that time.

“The area was perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do while staying in Indy. During our stay I had to go to the desk and each time they were very helpful as if I was the only one staying there.”

• The bed was big and the kitchenette was nice and convenient.
• The worker gave us a key to a room that was occupied already.

“I was not so pleased because of the room situation and I reserved a king sized room and they tried to give me a double. They just weren't very friendly.”

• The room was larger than most comparable priced hotels.
• Construction/sound proofing was poor between levels and the door leading to hall.

“Swimming pool is a wading pool for kids (constant depth of 3-ft). Sound proofing was poor and the floor would shake with a thud when you got out of bed (and you could hear this happening in surrounding rooms). The room size is large and the beds comfortable. The poor insulation between floors made heat transfer easy and we had to turn off our heater and open up the window to cool down the room (in winter with the outside temp around 40F) as the surrounding rooms more than adequately overheated our room with our heat off.”

• It was close to shopping center and easy to find after getting off interstate.
• The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was no restaurant in the hotel.

“The room was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub but I wish it was a little hotter. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

• Gym was open 24 hrs a day. In-room fridge and microwave.
• 1 treadmill was broken in gym.

“The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and our room was a nice size. The breakfast included a decent selection of breads/waffles/cereals. The room had a fridge, microwave, extra pillows and extra blanket, a coffee maker with regular coffee, shampoo/soap/conditioner, and a sufficient number of towels. It's a great 2.5-star hotel!”

• It's location off of the interstate was great. Desk staffs were very friendly.
• I have never been in a hotel that had such a noisy, squeaky floor. I felt sorry for whoever was under our room.

“Location was good. Room seemed a little warn but clean. The floor was very squeaky and almost seemed springy, not solid. Breakfast was satisfactory but not outstanding.”

• The breakfast had a very good selection of items and hostess very friendly.
• Seemed that Fridge was in King rooms only.

“The hotel staff were very helpful in getting a room with a fridge for medications. Cleaning staff did a very good job making up our room each day. Pool area was clean. Breakfast hostess was exceptionally good with the grandchildren.”

• Great value and location with high speed internet and breakfast.
• Staff is a bit inexperienced at times.

“I travel to the area on a regular basis and have stayed at several other hotels, some within walking distance to this location. For the price of a basic room, you can not find a better deal. With free high speed internet, morning paper, cable, a sitting area with a separate sleeping area, the room is as clean as they come. You may hear other guests as they move in the hotel as posted in other posts but no more so than in other hotels. The breakfast buffet, which is included, has a limited variety but fills the basic needs of a breakfast. The location of the hotel is convenient to the interstate and local restaurants. Occasional road noise can be heard from the freeway but only if you concentrate real hard!”

“The staff was unable to accommodate our needs when we requested a single king room, but they were only able to give us a double queen room, the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, and the room amenities were not comparable to a similar hotel located not that far away.”

• The rooms were quite large and very clean. The location was very convenient.
• The man at the desk was not at all helpful when asked about location of the rooms for parking and restaurants in the area.

“Nice hotel, very clean with large rooms. However, they advertised a continental breakfast that didn't exist and there were no vending machines on the upper floors. The staff person at the front desk was very young and not well trained in customer service. We had to ask where to park to be closest to our rooms and were given a vague response. The person behind us asked about restaurants in the area and the clerk responded that they have "everything in the area".”

“Customer Service is practice by the front desk in helping me find my next day destination on the internet within the town. They also came to the room to help me with the free internet service. Wake-up call was not a recording, but a live friendly voice. Bed was fairly firm and pillows were stuffed and not flat. Breakfast was filling and made for fast service. Pancakes, cereal, toast, coffee, juice, etc. Will try to stay at this place if I am ever back in the area.”

• The hotel was very welcoming when you entered. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen!
• The temperature control was difficult to regulate, it was either too hot or too cold. The unit ran constantly, was it supposed too?

“Country Inn and Suites provided excellent service! The room was quite spacious. The lobby area was beautifully decorated for the holidays, complete with a fire in the fireplace! The complimentary breakfast offered so many items, even a picky eater could find something. We especially liked the waffle iron where you could make belgium waffles.”
