• Nothing at all.
• Dirty rooms, no security lock on the door, no bathroom doorknob.

“This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I don't even feel it's deserving of 1 star. We didn't even stay there because it was so nasty. We ended up driving home at 1:00 in the morning and wasting our money. I will warn friends and family who are traveling.”

• Friendly staff.
• No phone and was worn.

“I would not go there for a honeymoon or anything, but certainly served its purpose well for the particular event we were in town for.”

• Location, cheap (you get less than you pay for).
• Noise, amenities, room quality, cleanliness.

“The pool was not operational (no reason given) event though I had made my reservation on-line they could not find it, tried to charge me a different rate and gave me a different room. Our room was over packed with a mismatch of furniture; the air conditioner did not work correctly. The remote for the TV did not work. Our friend's rooms had holes in the wall, the fire detector hanging from wall. I had to plead with my wife to stay. This motel was embarrassing. Better than sleeping on the street. Oh, did I mention the trains? Try to get a room near the road if you have to.”

• Nothing.
• Very dirty, dark, smelled, lock on door broken off, visible mold and dirt.

“We left after 15 minutes and found another place to stay. The Travelodge is not in any condition to be taking guests. I was disconnected when I called to file my complaint and seek a refund, but I will be calling again. Please contact me if you can.”

• Good location in conjunction to NIU. Very affordable price.
• Dingy, both outside and in.

“Unclean, run down. Every wall was in desperate need of paint, and the heater did not blow warm air. Outside of motel needed spruced up as well. ”
