  • We were allowed to check in 3 hours early.
  • Not enough restaurants within walking distance.

“Very clean, nice hotel. Free 24-hour shuttle to airport, and complimentary light breakfast.”

  • The friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the location to the airport and nearby restaurants. The ability to use the computer to retrieve our.
  • It was all good and I forgot to mention the great service of the shuttle.

“Clean, quiet, friendly and comfortable. Definitely lives up to its reputation. A very family friendly hotel, everyone feels welcome and greeted with enthusiasm.”

  • The business center was convenient.
  • Bedroom had no privacy (French see thru doors), hot water knob not working, cookout table vs. A conference table, too expensive for what I received.

“I paid for a two room suite. I received a bedroom, with French doors. You could see everything going on in my bedroom. It gave me no privacy to the guest that sat in the living room. Absolutely, no privacy. I needed a conference table; I received a cookout fold away table. This was not acceptable to my standards. I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they dispatched the mechanical engineer. The engineer comes to my room and tells me that I have to turn the knob to cold for hot water and turn the knob to hot for cold water. He said that he would have the part to fix it by Monday. In the meantime, I have to go to the room across the hall to use the shower for hot water. Totally unacceptable. I believe that I totally over paid for what I received and I am very unhappy.”

  • Close to train that takes you downtown in 30 minutes, internet and breakfast included.
  • Airport-train shuttle can sometimes take longer than expected.

“Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, less than 5 minutes from midway airport and 30 minutes from downtown if you take the train from airport, the shuttle will take you and pick you up or you can take the bus, wireless internet in the room as well as a desktop with printer in the lobby, the shuttle may take a little longer than expected because it serves several hotel in this complex so allow yourself a little extra time. overall great experience!”

  • It was right next to Midway and plenty of restaurants around just what we needed.
  • I have no complaints.

“It was clean and convenient. Even though it was close to Midway Airport we heard one plane fly over the entire night we were there. It had several places to eat around us and the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. They had a lot of choices for us to choose from and it was open until 10am so we didn't have to rush to get up to enjoy it.”

  • Clean, nice location, nice staff, pretty good breakfast choices.
  • Information was not clear regarding shuttle.

“Only one glitch to our stay. We asked about the Airport Shuttle when we arrived and then asked again before going to our room, whether we needed to make reservations or let them know when we needed the shuttle. And both times we were told No, just come on down here to the lobby and the shuttle will take you to the Airport. It sounded like they had several guys ready to drive people there. Then when we came down at 5:00 a.m. and we let them know we needed a shuttle, we were told You'll have to wait for the next one, the last one left 5 minutes ago. Then it was explained to us that there was a shuttle that covered all 7 motels in the complex, and that it would be 10 or 15 minutes before it got here. Has we known that up front, we would have come down earlier, expecting a wait. As it is we were able to get to the airport on time, but with less time to spare than we were comfortable with.”
