• Friendliness of the staff.
• Pool was cold, no exhaust fan in bathroom, and mildew on bath ceiling.

“Hotel was nice, but the bathroom lacked exhaust fans. There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling and because of lack of ventilation, we frequented the pool restroom in order to preserve the air quality in out room.”

• The front desk service was exceptional. The employees were professional, friendly and helpful.

“I stayed on the Executive level. The room was quiet, clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but clean. The weekend staff was exceptional. They were professional, friendly and helpful. This hotel appears to be a very well run business, with employees that care about providing good service with a smile. Nice job!”

• The restaurant food was delicious!
• It had a musty smell.

“The decor in lobby was dated, dark, and it smelled musty. The room looked fine at first, but then I noticed the old fixtures in bathroom and the peeling ceiling. The tile behind the shower handle actually fell in when I touched it.”

• Everything, very clean, beautiful decor, really enjoyed this hotel, room was very comfortable, beds where excellent.
• Nothing bad about this hotel.

“Great family hotel, very clean and comfortable, great fun for kids with the pool play area, great dinning and lounge area for adults, all without leaving the comfort of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• This hotel had the quietest room I have ever stayed in and I was 2 rooms from the elevator and I was 100 yards outside my window.
• Requested a wake up call that I did not get and a request for a repair that was not done.

“The hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable. I was amazed how quiet the room was with the elevator 2 rooms away and the interstate just 100 yards out the terrace doors. I bring a sleep mask and earplugs for trips and did not need them. The bed and bedding was incredibly comfortable. The sauna, swimming pool and hot tub were delightful after the long day. The pool area was suppose to be adults only after 10pm till closing at Midnight but was not enforced. I asked for a wake up call and did not receive it good thing I also set the clock in the room. The stopper in the tub did not hold water so I asked for it to be fixed so I could soak in the tub. It was never done. But otherwise, I would stay there again.”

• The water park was a true hit with the kids!
• The bed was horrible. It was hard as a rock.

“I had originally requested a room with 2 double beds. When we walked into the room there was 1 double bed and a twin sized pull out couch. We had four people staying in this room which they knew about when we checked in. My son ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor. The double bed was hard. Other than those two complaints everything was great.”

• The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We loved the Buccaneer Bay water park.
• Our room was smaller than we had expected and the bathroom was out of date.

“The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. However, we were disappointed with the size of the room (Standard with king size bed). The bath room was very small and needed updating.”

• Beds, Pillows, Pool.

“The pool was cold, the water park was expensive at $15.00 per person, the pillows were crappy, and the beds were very hard. I did not sleep the whole night. Very disappointed, the kids were upset that we couldn't swim at the water park due to the cost $60.00 for 4 people to swim two hours! The other pool was very cold and too deep for the kids, shallow end was 3'.”

• Beautiful, clean, convent, great restaurant, price.
• Bed too hard.

“Overall the hotel was one of the best Ive ever stayed at. Minor things hard mattress, sink was slow to drain and bathroom door did not lock, but I reported those things for them to look into. The restaurant was amazing, the pool and water park were a great plus. The staff was wonderful. The location was great.”

• The pool was nice and it had a water park.
• The pool heater was not on and the sheets do not fit the bed.

“Overall, the hotel was very nice but we had some minor problems; the toilet kept running in our room so it had to be fixed by maintenance, the sheets did not fit the bed and therefore kept coming off, the heater in the pool was not on or was not working, and we were told that there was going to be 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed in the room but there was only 1 king and a queen-sized sofa bed in our room. We made do with everything we had to deal with but we still think it was worth the money that we paid for the room!”

• We visit our grandkids and the pool is great and is near by.
• Everything was great.
