• Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated rooms. Excellent location. Friendly staff.
• Whirl pool was lukewarm.

• Great value hotel. Very good breakfast, nice pool and great location.
• Very loud heater in room.

“Great all around hotel. Very good front desk staff that is well informed and professional. Very good continental expanded breakfast. Two good chain restaurants attached which are very convenient. Comfortable beds.”

“The Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield, WI is as good as it gets for business travelers. You have your choice of Outback Steakhouse or a great sports bar for food, location is right off the freeway (but not too close), and the facilities are kept very clean!”

• Nicely landscaped with trees.
• Additional charge for pets in room.

“My owners thought that the hotel was great. Heard that the room, pool and breakfast were very nice. I was not happy spending the night in the car because there would have been a added charge for me to spend the night in the hotel. Smokers have the right to stay in special rooms for no added charge so us pets should be allowed the same rights.”

• It's new enough that you know what you're going to get.
• Tight quarters.

“I like Comfort Inn and Suites, but it would be nice if they didn't charge $4.00 for a bottle of water when the water in the town is undrinkable.”

• The room was comfortable, as were the beds.
• Paying $9.95 for room internet service and only double size beds not to mention no continental breakfast.

“It wasn't very user friendly. Lot's of walking from parking lot to room, no access to microwave/refrigerator, no continental breakfast only an overpriced breakfast buffet @ $13.95. Very small fitness center and pool for such a large hotel.”

• I liked the breakfast and the connected restaurants.
• Parking was often difficult to get.

“This Country Inn & Suites was in-line with my expectations and experience with this Hotel chain. Good, clean comfortable room with a nice hot deluxe buffet breakfast offering a number of choices and variety. The hotel itself is book ended by the Champs and Outback restaurants. At least for the Outback restaurant, I was able to reserve call ahead seating and walk down to the restaurant via a connected hallway. This was very convenient. The downside of this is that nearby parking at times was very difficult due to the 'non-hotel visitors' dining at these restaurants.”

• We had a noisy party above our room.

• After New Years Eve, the pool area was unkept.

• Awesome breakfast buffet! Friendly staff! Like a home away from home.
• The room was clean except for the bathroom walls. Not sure why they missed this detail.

“We are regular customers and must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We travel with an infant and had no problems fitting his travel crib into the room. The staff was excellent and was very friendly! We'd stay here again! Thank you!”

• Two room suite very nice. Excellent restaurants on either side.
• Breakfast not great. Noisy feet above and smoker's smoke in neighboring bathroom came thru vents.

“For families, lots of room with convertible couch, 2 TVs and bedroom door. Suite with fridge and microwave can cut costs if you are so inclined. Romantic quality with bedroom door and decor. Room service from Champs is very good, or chooses steak house next door. Good access to 94.”

• Lots of counter space, bed very comfortable, decor charming.
• Waffle maker should be at end of breakfast bar, not at beginning. Line did not move, ate elsewhere.

“Would stay there again. Only concern that with the sports bar, we could hear car alarms going off at night and we didn't see any cameras or surveillance when parking in the back lot.”

• The hotel is modern and attractive, in a convenient location with comfortable rooms.
• We liked everything about the hotel!

“This hotel is conveniently located, has a nice pool area, exercise area and the rooms are large, clean and modern. Breakfast was included with the stay and included eggs, ham and Belgian waffles, in addition to a deluxe continental breakfast. There were also cookies and fruit available throughout the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was located in a very low crime area.”

• The room was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated
• Poor monitoring and enforcement of pool rules.

“Conveniently located right off the interstate at the western edge of the city. This is a good hotel for the business or leisure traveler. Large, comfortable, well-appointed rooms are clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Only 15 minutes from downtown and not much longer to nearly any destination in the city. Its a great base of operations, and with a pool, whirlpool, and two restaurants on site, you may not want to leave anyway. The free continental breakfast includes many good selections. If there are any negatives at all, the pool and whirlpool are small for the size of the hotel, and the service to keep the food full and fresh at breakfast could be faster. The breakfast nook could also benefit from an extra microwave or two and a second waffle station would relieve the bottleneck there.”

• The location, price, friendliness, quiet, breakfast, free newspaper, it was the perfect hotel.
• There was nothing wrong with this hotel.

“What a fantastic hotel. We lived in this area our whole lives and have recently moved out of state. Went back to visit family. We remember when this hotel was built. Never did I think I'd be staying in it. It was excellent and we will try to stay here every trip back to Wisconsin. Prime location is crucial for us and this fit in perfectly. The hot breakfast each morning was fantastic. Many options for food. Getting the local paper each morning was very nice. Huge selection of TV channels for when we wanted to watch TV. It was quiet and we got what we requested room wise. It just made the trip that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended.”

• Great price for a great hotel in a convenient location.
• Getting charged an outrageous fee for a phone call - not knowing it was long distance -- never went through - but still got charged an enormous fee.

• Staff did not monitor children in pool area or business area, better attention to cleanliness in those areas.

• Parking is a little difficult because of the restaurants being attached.

“I love this hotel. We live in the area and will just go for a little "get a way. With or without the kids. Staff is friendly and rooms are very nice. It's a welcoming atmosphere.”

• Location and beautiful, spacious rooms.
• Staff had difficulty locating my reservation.

“The hotel rooms are very large and well decorated. It really felt like a country home. The breakfast was fine- nothing special, but everyone could find something they liked. The only complaint was that the staff couldn't find my reservation. It was a same day reservation (as I have done many times before without problems) and the staff thought that I had the wrong hotel. After producing my confirmation number, they still couldn't find it. Finally, they checked their fax machine and the reservation was sitting on top of it-- so, after a mild scare, we finally got our room!”
