“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived on a Saturday and there was a short wait (less than 5 minutes) to be checked in. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The lobby and downstairs area look amazing after a recent remolding of the hotel. The room looked great as well and it was very clean. Overall, we were very pleased with the staff and comfort level of this hotel and would definitely visit it again.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Kim from Tulsa,OK
“Very nice hotel.” Jul 15, 2009 by
Delilah from Mcalester,OK “Great hotel and I would definitely stay there again.” Jun 26, 2009 by
David from Greenwood,AR
“I feel the hotel is dated, though they have tried to remodel. The parking is a nightmare. The garage is a public garage and can try your religion at times.” May 21, 2009 by
Donna from Duncan,OK
“Hotel was nice and met my expectations. The only downfall was that I had to stay in a smoking room. They could not meet my request for a non-smoking room. But, they gave me complimentary internet service because of the room dilemma.” May 18, 2009 by
Keith from Oklahoma City,OK
“We were shocked that our event that we were taping was on Mayfest in Tulda, the Hotel was at 100% and they exceeded our every need!” May 13, 2009 by
Harold from St Louis,MO
“Great hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff but the beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. The mattresses were quite firm and they only offer smoking rooms in doubles.” Apr 27, 2009 by
Patti from Duncan,OK
“The hotel was nice, but the air conditioner did not work properly and we slept hot although we turned it to complete cool. Was way too hot in room.” Apr 11, 2009 by
Amanda from Richardson,TX
“This hotel was stylish and in a great location in downtown Tulsa. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars.” Apr 5, 2009 by
Ray from Alexandria,VA
“Recently refurbished rooms, large sizes, courteous staff, excellent restaurant food and waitstaff, Starbucks in the lobby, convenient parking!” Mar 25, 2009 by
Barbara from Oklahoma City,OK
“I did think that the restaurant was over priced for the quality of food I got.” Mar 15, 2009 by
John from Amarillo,TX
“No complaints.” Mar 13, 2009 by
Tracy from Lady Lake,OK
“It's clean and spacious. Their is a Starbucks in the lobby and a great restaurant.” Mar 11, 2009 by
Louise from Stillwater,OK
“Very nice hotel with parking, just $5 for parking. The bed was wonderful, not too hard, and not too soft. Nice soaps and shampoos. The hotel had a new restaurant, the Daily Grill. My husband and I ate there for an evening meal. It was superb and the servings were large. For dessert, we ordered the apple berry cobbler. It was homemade and very delicious. I recommend this hotel and plan to stay there when I am in Tulsa. We will most likely eat at the Daily Grill again and order the cobbler for dessert.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Shannon from Monett,MO
“The heater was broken in our room, it was like a furnace in there! Way too hot. I felt like there should be a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms.” Feb 4, 2009 by
Terri from Norman,OK
“This was a nice hotel, I expected the rooms to be nicer given the lobby. The rooms were not quiet.. I could hear a lot of hallway noise and a train that was quite a ways a way (we were on the 8th floor). I would have expected better insulation. Parking was confusing and was not well explained (You park in a city lot but pay at the hotel).” Jan 13, 2009 by
Cheryl from Norman,OK
“Great downtown location, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. We have stayed here several times on business in the past month. Great place to stay if you are in town for an event at the new BOK Center, short drive to downtown art events, or dinner on Cherry Street or Brookside.” Dec 17, 2008 by
Barbara from Vian,OK
“The hotel re-modeling turned out well. The rooms are tasteful and comfortable ( beds not as good as some hotels). Parking was reasonable and convenient. Location is good for performing arts center and new BOK center. The room was noisy though. We could hear when our neighbors got up and so forth. Also the train came through Sunday morning and tooted its whistle forever. A positive for us is that they allow small dogs.” Dec 9, 2008 by
from Wichita,KS
“Very nice hotel and can tell have done a lot of up dates to it but could be a lot nicer with just a little attention to details and check in was not a good experience but next morning the help was very nice and helpful.” Dec 4, 2008 by
Dana from Richardson,TX
“Hotel was right for the price and I enjoyed my stay. The beds were super comfy, and the view of downtown was nice. I was extremely disappointed because the indoor pool was cold (Initially, I chose this hotel for its pool. Folks were nice, except the Starbucks employee who refused to serve me at 2 minutes prior to closing time. Shut the door right in my face. Overall I was happy though. I love the hotel.” Nov 10, 2008 by
Reuben from Seattle, WA
“Staff was very courteous. Room decor was nice - recently updated. The daily grill was horrendously expensive for the quality of the food, although I did have a pretty good New York one night. The bar staff was completely overwhelmed at times and service tough to come by, but when business was more moderate, the staff was extremely personable. My big complaint was the cost of printouts at the so-called Business Center. $1 per page in black and white plus a $7.50 minimum charge to use the computer? It wouldn't have been a big deal except you have virtually no other options in the surrounding retail dead zone. The copy and print business down the street didn't open early enough or stay open late enough. It was offensive enough that I considered for a moment taking a cab to a big box store somewhere and purchasing an ink jet and taking it home in my carry on. Room service was okay and average. I like to order breakfast sometimes at hotels, and their food was adequate, though they forgot things like salt, pepper, ketchup, etc that are usually typical on a two egg breakfast tray. Room cleanliness: okay except for someone else's socks I found among the dust bunnies and cracker crumbs underneath the bed. Definitely improved from my last Crowne Plaza, where the bathtub was found partly full after check in. The in room movie service was annoying because you couldn't stop a movie and resume it later. There were several occasions where the TV system did not work for an hour or more. Lastly, and these things happen, the hotel caught fire (although, aside from evacuating at 8:00 am, did not affect me).” Nov 5, 2008 by

“Gorgeous hotel! Parking garage ceiling was too low for my van. The van got into the garage and the roof was gouged when coming out!” Nov 5, 2008 by
Darrin
“Overall, it was a great stay. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

“Beautiful facility; a little hard to find, though. Very friendly & helpful staff; somewhat noisy but it was a holiday night. Train noises are somewhat disturbing to sleep; there were supposed to be ear plugs, an eye mask, and lavender scented spray provided but they were nowhere in our room nor in the room of our friends on another floor. However, I would certainly stay here again.” Sep 30, 2008 by

“This is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel in downtown Tulsa. We went to a concert and it was very convenient for us. Parking is reasonable $5 for park yourself; $10 for valet. The only issue with this hotel is that trains run all night approximately every 2 hours, waking you up.” Sep 18, 2008 by
Matthew “The hotel was great, my favorite place to stay in Tulsa. The only thing is that I had some money and a watch stolen out of my room and the staff was being pricked about it. Treating me like I had made up some story about it.” Sep 13, 2008 by
Greg from Houston, TX
“Nice hotel, good renovations. Would stay there again.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Myra from Newcastle, OK
“Hotel was full but check in went quickly. Room was nicely appointed but TV couldn't access any movies or specialty channels. Restaurant was expensive and food was very poor quality (tough filet mignon and baked potato left from day before). Spa however was very nice.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Tom “Great place to stay. Friendly staff and accommodations were outstanding.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Debbi from Oklahoma City, OK
“The Crowne Plaza Tulsa was a very nice, stylish hotel with good service. The large room was perfect for my friend and me to move around in, and the cleanliness was impressive.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Dane from Searcy, AR
“My stay was a great one.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Sheri from Copan, OK
“Hotel is beautiful with new renovations recently. Very upscale and clean. Only problem is with Starbucks staff, rude and did not want to wait on me even though I was only one in line on a Saturday morning. Will stay again, but ask for no room by elevators!” Sep 2, 2008 by
David from Broken Arrow, OK
“Very nice, recently remodeled, friendly accommodating staff.” Sep 1, 2008 by
Teresa from Hooks, TX
“This hotel was beautiful and had the best staff I've ever encountered compared to other hotels we have stayed in.” Sep 1, 2008 by
Jason
“My wife and I got in late, around 11 pm, and we put our stuff in the room and headed down to the bar. When we got there, we found out that the bar was actually closed, but the bartender and restaurant manager had reopened it for some other guests. We had a great time getting to relax after a long drive. The bartender was great, and he even looks like John Locke from lost. LOL... This place was great. Stay here if you are Aug 24, 2008 by

“I will never stay at this hotel again.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Stacey from Norman, OK
“This hotel was extremely nice. I wasn't expecting the beauty. They are going through a remodel so the restaurant was in a conference room. Everything smelled like fresh paint. The room was beautiful, but the bathroom was small. They provide a sleep system that comes with a clip for the shades, and eye mask, ear plugs, linen spray and a soothing sleep CD. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam pillows. The hotel is located in downtown Tulsa near the BOK center. There were several strange characters wandering the streets at night, but security at the hotel was abundant. The only real issue I had was that it looked like someone had killed a large bug outside our room door. Everything else was great. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Self parking is $5.50 and valet parking is $10.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Carol from Ewa Beach, HI
“The hotel room was nice. Staff was nice.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Bev from Edmond, OK
“This is definitely an improvement over the previous incarnation. Very luxurious, except for the old TV's in the room. Plasma is definitely needed and called for.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Shannon from Monett, MO
“It was, overall, a nice stay. Loved the room. The TV was a bit small and I wish it would have had a mini fridge and a microwave.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Abby from Springdale, AR
“Overall excellent, very clean, updated, quiet.” Aug 12, 2008 by
Debbie from Rogers, AR
“Great location attended large convention with teenagers. Staff was a little rude to the kids but that's understandable. Hotel was undergoing major renovations but still seemed to handle large groups of people without much problem.” Aug 7, 2008 by
Amy from Rogers, AR
“The rooms had been updated and were very pretty. The beds were comfortable. My young daughters enjoyed the pool. The parking garage was almost always close to full and construction and one way streets around the hotel made coming and going a little difficult.” Aug 5, 2008 by
Barbara A. from Vancouver, WA
“No cafe -a buffet was set up in a meeting room. Very poor service. The pool wasn't able to be used. The air conditioner leaked all over and soaked the carpet. Make the bathroom floor slippery. Very few choices nearby for dining. The valet service was great. Beds were comfy.” Jul 31, 2008 by
E R. from Rogersville, MO
“We had a great experience.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Steve from Arlington, TX
“Dfest was in town and the hotel accommodated both us 50-somethings and the Dfest youngsters with aplomb.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Signe from East Moline, IL
“Great value for the price. Hotel has upscale look and great accommodations for business/social engagements.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Melinda from Oklahoma City, OK
“A very pleasant stay except for the renovation. Construction on the entrance also made it inconvenient to park.”
