• Location was perfect.
• Ice bucket was dirty.

“This place was perfect for our mini vacation. It's only 8 mins from Win Star Casino. The hotel staff were very friendly & courteous. The jacuzzi in our room was relaxing & well needed after blowing money
at the casino. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I also have to add the people in Gainesville are very friendly, which made our stay even better. We will be back!”

• Comfort of beds.
• The room smelled! And there were no other rooms!

“The overall comfort was nice, but it was hard to get over the horrible smell in the room. The hotel was all booked up therefore we could not get another room.”

• Jacuzzi. Hot bathtub in the room, bathroom was roomy and large!
• Staff-room did not get cleaned the first day we stayed there even after telling housekeeping and the manager. The night manager actually did something.

“It has a great location and the room is very nice and comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi hot tub in the room!”

• Everything you need is in the room.
• Lack of service, no service after 11:00 pm.

“The rooms are very nice and come with anything you might need. These items are all provided: safe, iron, fridge, microwave, wet bar, etc. The pool and hot tub was heated to a perfect temperature. The appearance of the hotel exceeded the review. There was no service after 11:00 pm. If you get locked out of your room, too bad so sad. There is no way of contacting anybody. However, IHOP is open 24 hours.”

• Value, staff, location, safety.
• Little dirt on couch.

“Great location near the i35 and near all kinds of shopping. Pool is covered and great. Friendly staff and yummy cookies in the afternoon. The only things I did not like are the darkness of the rooms and lots of dirt stains on the couch. Looks like a kid ate on the couch. Other than that, it was very convenient and comfortable. Great value for money. For a motel rating, this one is a very good one. Very safe too!”

• Frig & microwave, located near restaurants.
• Poor front desk service. Called numerous times to get things fixed (no HBO, heat didn't work, table lamp didn't work) but no one came.

“Nice hotel, good location, poor customer service. If they are going to advertise amenities, they could at least provide them or reduce the room rate.”

• Big rooms.
• Stains on the couch/sheets, pictures on the website not accurate.

“This hotel is perfect for those that are traveling to Winstar Casino in Oklahoma. It is very close to the casino and the outlet mall in Gainesville. The room itself was nice but there were stains on the couch that looked questionable as well as some on the sheets. Also the pictures on the website showed a different room configuration than the one that I thought I paid for. Wanted a whirlpool tub and didn't get one.”
