• It was clean and comfortable.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I had a place to sleep.

“One reason I stayed at this hotel was that I was going to an event in Frisco approximately 4.5 miles from the hotel on a Saturday in August. They had a free shuttle service for anywhere within a 5 mile radius but never mentioning days of service. The lack of mentioning days of service led me to believe that the shuttle operated 7 days a week. On a Saturday, I inquired as to what time the shuttle would be available to take us to the event that brought us to Frisco. I was then told that the shuttle does not operate on the weekends, so instead myself and three other people had to take a cab to the event. The cab ride their cost us $48 (like I said earlier the event was only 4.5 miles from the hotel) and then the cab ride back cost us $40. I just don't understand how a hotel with a shuttle would not operate on the weekend.”

• Great location to dining, stadiums and shopping.
• Breakfast area was not big enough for the amount of guests.

“The hotel was clean and it looked as if it had recently undergone some updating. The Breakfast area was too small for amount of guests and everyone was in each other's way. Not enough seating. The pool area was clean and nice for families with small children. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Each room has it's own thermostat for air and heat. Not a window unit. Nice. Can walk to restaurants in area and shopping. Very Close to Pizza Hut park and other stadiums in area.”

• Provided us with area map upon request.
• Room was placed next to sidewalk and drapes not closing completely.

“Very clean and comfortable motel with adequate services--breakfast fair.”

• Close to my event and close to dining and shopping.
• Night staff was not very friendly.

“Close to everything and was clean, but building was being painted and paint fumes kept me up one night till 2 am, otherwise, it was good.”

• Location was excellent. Very nice room.
• TV! The television picture quality was poor. Also, no color at times.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations and was quite pleased with our stay. All aspects of the hotel were top notch except for the television. More channels would be nice.”
