• A little difficult to navigate, but once found was easy.

• The room was as comfortable and beautiful as many resorts I've stayed in!
• A little hard to get to because of it's odd location. Kitchen crew could be more professional.

“The entire facility was beautiful! The management crew was friendly and helpful dispite the time we checked in. The entire stay was relaxing and comfortable! We'll be staying there again!”

• Newness, cleanliness, location to downtown & other areas; staff; breakfast.
• Nothing.

“Everything was as it should be in a hotel of this caliber. We liked the free, wired internet access in the room. The location was close to downtown Ft. Worth and other areas that interested us. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Overall, a very positive experience.”

• Great location, lovely rooms, outstanding staff, breakfast was wonderful, courteous - would definitely go back!
• I have nothing negative to say at all.

“We came to Ft. Worth for my eldest daughter's horse show at the Will Rogers Coliseum. The hotel was in a great location (less than 5 minutes!) and when we arrived, we were amazed at what a lovely hotel it is. Very nice accommodations, well appointed rooms and very clean as well, friendly staff and breakfast was definitely well above average. Food was great and our stay (4 nights) was very nice. We definitely plan to come back next year!”

• Clean appearance.
• The location of the hotel was listed as downtown, but was several miles from the actual downtown area. Upsetting for visitors.

“Good hotel, misrepresented location as downtown when it was in fact several miles from the downtown area, and not in a safe or fully secure part of town (judging by the warnings from the Ft. Worth PD). .”

• The room was comfortable and cozy. It also included a small buffet style breakfast.
• They gave us a room with double beds.

“I have stayed there three times. The first time everything was perfect. The second time they gave us room with double beds. Eventually they gave us a room with a king size bed but the heater did not work. That night it was very cold.”

• Easily accessible to cultural outings.
• The noise from highway #30 behind the hotel.

• Convenient location to area attractions.
• Layout of the room was odd. Bedroom area was cramped.

“The hotel was conveniently located to the zoo and cultural district. It had a good free breakfast, including bacon, eggs and fresh made waffles. The room was oddly shaped, which made the sleeping area feel cramped, but the living area was spacious. The beds were too firm.”

• Convenient location, friendly staff, nice decor in rooms.

“We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and saw the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were decorated very comfortably and well kept. We appreciated the complimentary use of the internet and printer to retrieve our boarding passes. We enjoyed the breakfast-it was a nice variety and was kept tidy and replenished often. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• It was clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, close to attractions ( the zoo and downtown).
• We were trying to get downtown so we could walk to our destination (nothing against the hotel).

“It was located close to a lot of attractions. Very clean and brightly colored rooms. Nice extended breakfast.”

• Very nice rooms and better than most breakfasts
• Hard to get to from freeway

“I would highly recommend this hotel for service, cleanliness, condition of rooms. Breakfast is much more than the normal continental. Location is not really downtown as it is listed, but is a short drive. Very well equipped rooms.”
