• Great price, continental breakfast, free phone calls anywhere in US.
• No alarm clock in room, Wake up call was more than 30 minutes late.

“Price made staying overnight in Ft Worth affordable for me. Stay was great. Hotel was great. Nice location. Nice continental breakfast. Nice location. Only took 10 minutes to get to downtown.”

“It serves it's purpose well - primarily for the business traveler. Needs WiFi - have to have a cable to access internet. Comfortable, attractive decor in rooms and the bed was perfect. Nicer than expected for the price.”

• Great price. Great location.
• No room on a bathroom counter for larger toiletry case.

“I hated the florescent lighting over the bed instead of regular lamps (no cozy factor), like I was in an office instead of a bedroom. Nice features otherwise of the room. Roomy, very large, padded window seat, great place to collect all your stuff (luggage, odd clothing, computer, purse, etc.) One mirrored wall at the head of the bed was thoroughly enjoyed! I came in before check-in time and was allowed to check in to a room that was ready for occupancy. Very helpful to me.”

• Well-designed, great layout. Convenient parking, and friendly staff.
• The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and sufficient towels, washcloths were not provided..

• Staff was rude, mis-advertised features.

“The hotel advertised as having a hot tub, and when we asked to use it, the staff member said it was out of order. Apparently the hotel management felt no need to let anyone know about this, and the flashing sign outside that said hot-tub hadn't even been changed! Every staff member we dealt with was rude and uncaring.”

“This was clean and economical; upgrading in price was minimal cost and gave us a small fridge, microwave and sleeper sofa. Would definitely stay there again. Pay washer and dryer came in very handy.”

• The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and were so helpful in providing suggestions for dinning as well as directions.

• although the management didn't have my non-smoking room they eventually did move me to one. Thanks, Denver.
• eben the non-smoking room had a smoke smell when the air conditioning unit was being used

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
• I did not like the position of the tv. It was up too high.

• The room was nice and spacious.
• The lock on the hotel front door did not open with my key early am. I used side door.

“The room was very nice with an above average sized TV. There was a nice sitting area and a little kitchen area complete with microwave, fridge, and running water. The staff was friendly and the location was okay.”

• It is hard to figure out which road to turn on to get to it.

• it was in a complex of about 8 other hotels off the highway

“Terrific location to be close to Ft. Worth's downtown. Restaurants nearby and friendly desk staff. The maid service left something to be desired as the maid did not come back to make up the room when I asked for a few minutes to finish getting ready to leave.”

“The hotel turned out to be a very good choice. They even offered to upgrade our rooms to suites for a merely $10.00. And of course with four kids, we jumped on that. We were also very pleased with their definition of a Continental breakfast which consisted of hot bagels and waffles along with various other items.”
