• Very clean and smelled good everyone was very friendly.
• No restaurant or lounge.

“This hotel was very nice and was not set right in the middle of a busy city, it has a really nice pond (would be nice to have a patio out there to set by), but never the less was very nice. Would definitely good there again sometime.”

• The towels, washcloths and bath amenities were upscale.
• Only 1 Ice Maker, and it didn't work very well

“Pleasantly surprised. The towels and washcloths were a thick-embroidered upscale type. Clean and tidy rooms. Would stay there again.”

• Clean facilities, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.
• Nothing--the experience was wonderful.

“The holiday inn express Celina is clean, convenient, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the internet access is free. It is conveniently located on the eastern edge of Celina/grand lake with quick access to the local freeways. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Nice pool, overall nice looking hotel, the check in clerk was very nice and helpful.
• The noise level from the room above was very loud we woke several times during the night.

“We plan to be back in the area on business frequently but will never stay at this hotel again. They obviously spent more money on looks then they did on sound proofing. The noise from the room above was very bad. I was too tired to want to move to another room and hoped it would quit. The noise woke us up several times during the night. The noise from the geese in the back of the hotel was very loud several times during the night as well. Around 6 AM we also heard a whistling sound from a water pipe in the wall. In the morning I took a walk to try to clear my foggy and still tired head and stepped in goose droppings I didn't notice right away. Kids would be a mess if they went to see the pond. The only thing I can really say was good was the rate we got. But for $20.00 more in a hotel that would be quieter would be better. We did tell the check out clerk which seemed a waste of time.”

• Pool and hot tub was nice.
• The bath smelled like mildew really bad.

“Except the bath room it was a really nice place to stay.”
