• Breakfast was delicious.
• It was the most uncomfortable bed ever.

“The rooms are very small and over priced. The bed was so uncomfortable both my partner and I didn't get any sleep. My leg fell asleep just from lying in the bed. My partner had to get a massage for all the aches and pains he endured. We will never stay there again. Good thing - breakfast was good.”

• They also billed me 2X and havent fixed that yet.

• I always wake up with a semi neck ache. The beds are a little hard.

“When I come to Bellingham, this is the only place I stay! The rooms are always quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. This last time my room was directly across from the laundry room and I didn't even hear it. I'm always very happy with my stay at the holiday inn express in Bellingham.”

• It was convenient to my destination.
• The beds were doubles. I would have much preferred one queen.

• The bedding is wonderful and the continental breakfast suited all of our tastes.
• The pool and hot tub water was gross and the surrounding flooring was in need of cleaning. My bathroom smelled of urine.

“I would not pay the regular rate for this hotel. Housekeeping did their job well, which is more than I can say for some of the front desk workers.”

• The continental breakfast had a nice array of food and drink to satisfy the whole family.
• The doors jams had too big of reveal on them, which caused sounds to pass to easily into our room. It woke me up at night because I was across from.

• Close to where I needed to be, good continental breakfast, clean comfortable room.
• Windy and below freezing, a fireplace in the lobby would have made it far more attractive than a water wall.

• The hotel was off of a main road, tucked away behind other businesses. It was clean.
• Parking was at a m minimum and mainly for compact vehicles. We had to park in the back and I was glad to not have been alone while back there.

“Clean, nice pool. Room was typical. I did not like having the coffee pot in the bathroom. Lighting was poor. I had to wait to use the bathroom to put on my make up or get coffee. Fortunately, I could run downstairs to the lobby for coffee while waiting for the bathroom.”

• Bathroom amenities were good and liked shower head.
• Operating television was very frustrating as you had to hold the remote in an exact position which was not described and I had to call the front desk.

• Parking with big vehicle wasn't real easy.

• The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The morning breakfast was area was also clean, variety of food and welcoming.
• I can't think of anything.

“We were very pleased with the hotel and the price. Great location for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Very nice interior. There were quite a few people enjoying breakfast, people in the pool area and sitting out outside on the patio and everyone seemed to be happy about their surroundings. Very friendly atmosphere.”

• great hotel, but......did not get offered a non-smoking room
• hassle due to not having a NON-smoking room available

“Very nice hotel - we had a problem with not being reserved a non-smoking room. This is an issue for us due to health reasons. Hotel staff went out of way to correct the probelm. We came very close to not having a room for one night.”

• the front desk staff is terrific
• there was no decent reading lamp

“The hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable ... there were families with children enjoying the pool, cookies on the front desk, newspapers, restaurants nearby ... wonderful.”
