• Great pool and whirlpool.
• Hard, uncomfortable beds would only clean rooms 2 times during 7 day stay.

“Need to clean up the place more, hall floors were wet and dirty, clean the rooms every day, no matter the length of stay. Add refrigerator to rooms, sound proof walls.”

• Easy to get to.
• Bed was too firm, pillows were too soft, and noisy heater in room.

“The pillows were in bad shape, asked for additional pillows and was told there weren't any! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the sheets. The hot tub was definitely hot! The night clerk tried to be helpful but seemed more interested in his IPOD than watching the guests. After 8 yrs, it is time to spend some money on the furnishings at least.”

• Dirty and uncomfortable.

“Bed was so uncomfortable, it prevented us from getting a good nights rest and as a result, we were unable to participate in our scheduled activities the following day. Brown stains on the ceiling above the bed. Shower had mold growing in several places and there were bugs on the bathroom floor. We were asked to park in the rear of the building and the parking area light was burnt out leaving us concerned about the safety of our vehicle. Extreme disappointment!”

• Not much I will never stay there again I will gladly pay twice the price at another motel.
• The room wasnt clean the staff wasnt friendly at all.

• Some front desk staff were inadequate, slow, etc.

“The location of this hotel was convenient. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. It took my husband 1/2 hour to get two additional pillows! Hot tub broke Saturday night, and it still wasn't fixed when we left Monday morning. Hotel itself was fine - but it was basically a small room with little amenities (didn't even have soap/shampoo).”

• Moldy shower, smoky pillow (in non-smoking room), no room service- no clean towels- only two towels for three people.

“We would never stay here again. The pool was so hot we could only swim for ten minutes. The continental breakfast did not have cereal nor fresh fruit. The shower and sink in our room was moldy. We only received two towels even though we had three people. We received no room service, so we had to go buy a towel (front desk would not provide one for us). Hotel room door did not shut - it kept stopping once the door hit the frame - had we not noticed, any one could have walked into our room. I waited for 25 minutes before I got to check in. They were helping one customer when I walked in, and there was one other person in front of me. We had a non-smoking room, but two of our four pillows were from a smoking room (the room numbers were written on the pillow - none of which actually belonged to our room). Next time I will stay at the Expressway Inn across the street.”

• It was easy to find and in a great location.
• The public bathroom wasn't that clean.

“I recommended it to my friends. For the price it was good. There was a pool and breakfast provided. Staff was nice. The rooms were simple but nice.”

• Price, carpeting was pretty good, bed was comfortable.
• Needs more decor in entry and hallways and rooms and cleaner lobby.

• Clean Rooms, great breakfast, clean pool with restroom.
• Very small television, very small double room.

“Hotel is very close to attraction, restaurants, and downtown area. Staff is very friendly and willing to please.”

• Great breakfast, great front desk help.
• Parking in the back was very dark.

“The hotel met our expectations. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us linked to the Internet. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean. There was a great breakfast with many choices. Our only concern was that the parking closest to our room was in a very dark location so we chose somewhere else to park. We would stay again.”

• Everything was fantastically clean and the staff was great.
• The rooms were very tiny and they didn't have queen beds.

“The hotel was in a perfect spot to get from Fargo to Moorhead very easily. It was easy to find and the accommodations were good. They even had Belgian waffles for breakfast and a pool.”
