• Close to shopping and entertainment.
• Put on 20th floor. took along time to get hot water.

• Our room was extremely quiet.
• Bathroom was small and dated. Not enough lighting in room.

“Public areas were very nice. Room was clean but size and bathroom not exactly what I had hoped for. Finding how to enter the hotel check-in area was a night mare! Not clearly marked at all.”

• The view was amazing.
• The front desk staff at check-in was unprofessional.

• Clean, attractive & a great location.
• One of the restaurants (the better of the two) was closed & we were not told.

“The rooms were comfortable, roomy & well appointed. The public areas were just as nice & location was convenient. Front desk staff were helpful but restaurant staff were not very friendly. Restaurant comfortable & attractive. Food only average but prices were above average. One of the two restaurants was closed & we weren't told. Parking was convenient but expensive & crowded. Able to come & go easily. Would definitely stay again but may not eat there.”

• Locations being downtown.
• The room was not clean enough for me.

“The parking garage was dark and you either had to walk in a dark lot or valet park for $25. There was a large sign in this garage stating "Not responsible for stolen items" that was not a good feeling. I understand that breakfast was an amenity to go with this room and found out the next morning it was in fact not.”

“When I called the hotel was told rooms had a couch, but instead had an oversizes chair. Met with some friends so their was 3 cars.”

• The price was pretty good to be Downtown.
• The elevators are noise in the rooms.

“The power went out in our room as we were getting dressed to go out to dinner, the power outlets were loose in the bathroom as well as in the sleeping courters, there was trash in the trashcan. Also all the rooms are right by the elevators and you can hear them run all night.”

“Very pleased with the overall experience of the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean,
and sound proof. We were traveling in a group of 6 (3 couples) and were able to get rooms close to each other
and meet our needs. The whole hotel is smoke free, for us this was a good thing.”

• The hotel was beautiful, staff was great.
• did not know pets were allowed, hotel smelled bad with their odor

“Excellent hotel but I do not want to reside with pets. They (dogs) were at bar, restaurants, and room had odor of animals. Remove pet option and I would rate this as one of the best places I have stayed.”

• 20 dollars to self park, no internet in the rooms unless you want to pay another 10 bucks, to many charges for what you get plus the rooms are not nice.

• Lobby and elevators were very nice! Room was big and comfy.
• They did not clean our room or give clean towels 1 day.

“This hotel lobby was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bar area was very nice and relaxing. It is perfectly situated in the middle of downtown and is in an excellent location for tourists wanting to be in the middle of it all. The wireless internet access was nice in the lobby and bar area. The parking was not good though as it is $20 per day to park in the parking garage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed our vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

• Convenience to local attractions were very good.
• You were required to use their parking facilities and the price were very high. King size bed was hard as a rock.

“The facilities were good, big rooms, fantastic dry sauna. The door handles to open the rooms needed to be pulled up instead of down, very frustrating trying to open your door with your hands full. Disappointed in comfort of bed, hard as a rock and TV channel selection was minimal. Hotel staff nice, but not very accommodating.”

• The shampoo was nice but I probably got charged for it.
• All of the extra expenses involved.

“The Sheraton was nice, not truly impressed. Parking (that we got charged for valet and did not even use that service), breakfast that cost $30 for two and the food was cold.”

• The hotel was within walking distance of the downtown bars and dining.
• There were only two electrical outlets in the room. This was frustrating.

“This was a nice hotel with a very comfortable atmosphere. It sat on top of a hill but was only a few blocks away from all of the downtown attractions. If you're going for the nightlife, this is a nice place to stay.”

• It was in a great location.

“Overall this hotel was alright. I walked into an 80 degree room. I waited for about a half an hour and the air did not get any cooler. I called down to the front desk and they had us switch rooms. I was also unaware of the parking fee and the internet fee. I probably would not stay here again.”

• Within walking distance of Somett center.
• I did not like having to pay to park in parking garage that is attached to hotel but apparently separately run.

“Hotel appearance very modern and expensive looking. Rooms are very good condition with the expensive look also. No cheap plastic cups for drinks in the room. Crystal glass and silver ice buckets.”

“This was my first trip to Nashville. I asked for a room with a view of the city when I checked in. What a beautiful view we had from the 21st floor. Nice room, very clean. No complaints except high charge for parking.”

“Nice hotel, clean room, no wireless internet. The only place to park was the hotel's parking garage, which charged $21.50 per night. I was not aware of this until check out. $21.50 per night for parking.”

“Was very impressed with the exterior of the hotel and service of hotel staff. Check in was friendly and prompt. Arrived at room and noted the nice view, but worn carpet throughout room. I was a little worried about being near the elevator and hearing the constant dinging but we ended up not staying in our room much other than to sleep a few hours. Was very disappointed with the $20.00 parking charge and then charged tax on top of that. Overall, the room was nice and clean and the hotel was within walking distance of everything we were wanting to go to, so I guess the $20 for parking wasn't that bad.”

• Good view, decent location.
• Because of the way the hotel is designed, there is a lot if noise from the interior of the hotel.

“It's hard to complain about the hotel. The hotel is not really anything special. Mostly concrete, which means the noise from the interior of the hotel just reverberate everywhere. $10 add-on for internet seemed odd for a hotel which I assume caters to business travelers. They were also remodeling some of the rooms, but failed to notify us of this. After leaving for several hours, we returned to a room full of fumes from the work. The hotel staff was very good about moving us.”
