• The hotel staff was very helpful and even upgraded our room when we booked a double and wanted a king.

“All the staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was great, although it rained the entire time we were there so we didn't spend much time outside. We didn't hear much noise from the airport, only the occasional fly over. I would stay here again if I was in the area. It was about 5 minutes from downtown and slightly out of the way but also really close to Opryland. Overall experience was great!”

• Looked very classy.
• The bar closed too early.

“Our arrival was late, around 11:40 PM. CST and the bar closed by the time we had put our luggage in the room and went down - by Midnight. We just wanted to sit and relax with a drink and couldn't.”

• The staff was pleasant.
• The beds were uncomfortable.

“This hotel is very large and is built as a four story quadrangle, with very long hallways. Consequently it is sometimes quite a hike from an entrance to get to your room. The room decor is rather gloomy and dark. The housekeeping standards in the room were somewhat lax, and the beds were uncomfortably soft. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, the first room I was given had a strong odor of cigarettes. I asked for a different room and the second one did not have that problem. The TV was good, the room was adequately spacious, the lighting was adequate and the toiletries provided were fine.”

“They put us in a room next to the high way and as far away from everything that they could They curtains would not close so we had light all night and it was next to the airport. Would not stay there again.”

• It was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. I could stay there and never go into Nashville itself.
• One side of the hotel faced the highway. That was not good.

“The hotel was like B&B. The food was excellent and room service was prompt; faster than expected. My children felt comfortable and it was a very upscale hotel. I have never stayed at a Sheraton property and would stay there again. Very Impressive.”

• Very hopeful and friendly staff, and just right suite type rooms. Very hard to beat.

“I recommend this hotel to anyone, business, vacation, seniors and families. All hotel rooms should be as nice. Split suite type rooms with all the goodies. It will be difficult for me to book other hotels not offering this type accommodations and service.”

• Lobby was beautiful. Bellmen and desk clerks were helpful and friendly.
• Calling guest services was pointless. They didn't answer twice after 10 rings.

“Other than the guest services incident, we had a wonderful time. It was a very nice place to stay. The guest services incident was frustrating but did not ruin my stay. I would stay there again.”

• Indoor & outdoor pool.
• No Breakfast was provided and asking for extra towels was a problem.

“The hotel was nice. The indoor pool was nice and clean but the outdoor pool was dirty. We asked for extra towels and the maid did not speak English and that caused a problem.”

“My wife and I were going on vacation, and were going to fly out the next morning. The hotel was having a Japanese Animation conference going on and there were young people dressed as characters running throughout the hotel making loud noises, and screaming all night. All the hotel did to accommodate us was upgrade (moderately) our room. Then we did not get our 3 a.m. wakeup call to make our flight. Although somewhat apologetic, they hardly made up for what was an awful experience.”

• Very clean and modern. I felt safe there. And the beds were super comfortable.
• I did not like the set up of the parking lot.

“I was very pleased with the hotel. It's a very pretty and clean place. The staff was friendly. The beds are super comfy. My only minor complaints are that the floors are huge so you could potentially haul your luggage a long ways away from the elevator. Also the parking is way off to the side. So, unless you're willing to pay for valet you could also be hauling your luggage a long way. However, I liked the hotel well enough that those things would not deter me from staying there again.”

“When I booked this hotel for a marathon weekend with my family I had no idea a group called Mtac-an animation fiction group mostly teenagers was to have their convention at the hotel. The group took all parking, over ran the lobby and lounge, so overloaded the elevators as to break one meaning each trip to my room on the top floor either meant stairs or a wait in line. One member of the convention chose to take brunch in the restaurant in the nude (she was asked to put on a coat). Persons were in the pool fully clothed - it was a zoo- I have never been so disappointed in a hotel.”

• The hotel is very nice!
• We were given cardkeys for the wrong room. Also, a bed sheet was found in one of our suitcases.

“The hotel is very beautiful! The staff seemed careless. We were given keys to the wrong room. In addition, I found a bed sheet in one of my suitcases. When I asked the manager about it, he stated he would talk to the housekeeping about it. Which he never did. I talked to the manager of housekeeping, and she brought the employee right to my room to discuss the matter. Which I found to be uncomfortable and unprofessional.”

• Luxurious without the snooty feel.
• Difficult to find.

“Sheraton Music City is a very nice hotel. It has nice rooms and is well kept. The indoor pool is huge as well as the hot tub. They have a huge exercise room. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. I would not recommend the valet, they are difficult to find. The hotel itself is also hard to find, but that also makes it nice and secluded.”

• Lobby & other public areas undergoing renovation during our visit.

“For the star rating of this hotel it was quite the disappointment for someone wanting to be a tourist. The room had no Yellow Pages and when I asked the desk for a Yellow Pages book so I could figure out where to go for dinner and things to do with addresses. That is a real help to someone from out of town! Also, after fifteen minutes of surfing on the public terminal then they start charging you 9.99. I found this totally wrong for this type hotel.”

• Everything was OUTSTANDING! It's THE place to stay.
• Only concern was not enough coffee for two.

“The Sheraton Music City was excellent in all aspects. The staff was wonderful, it was very clean and the room was great. It is approximately 5 miles from the major attractions but easy Navigated from all roads. It was a second stay there for us and we are looking forward the next time.”

• Our room had a step-in shower that leaked over the whole bathroom floor whenever we used it.

• This time sent me to dirty room. Got rude clerk for wake up call. Then did not call us. No record of call.
