“Customer service was excellent. They gave driving directions over the phone as I made my way to the hotel. When I got there, they looked up/printed online directions to a restaurant. The staff was very friendly/courteous.”

• The guest rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and great flat screen TV.
• The cleaning staff hardly cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. 5 minutes tops per cleaning.

“The hotel is modern and comfortable. The free breakfast was okay - many types of fresh fruit, bagels, toast, English muffins, dry cereal and 2 types of juice as well as coffee.”

• Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, very nice room, nice continental breakfast, and quiet.

“This hotel was more than we expected. Very friendly staff and located close to the Grand Ole Opry and Mills Mall. It has several nice restaurants close by including Cracker Barrel and Applebee's. The room was super nice with a large comfortable bed, couch, large screen TV that swiveled so you could watch it in bed or sitting on the couch, writing desk, and refrigerator.”

• The price and the breakfast was included.
• The public areas were not as clean as I expected for a Hyatt.

“The room was spacious, with a large flat screen TV, desk, fridge, sofa and microwave. Two queens, no king beds. The room was the best part. For the price, this was a great deal for the room. The hotel was very busy with a large group that might explain why the common areas were not as clean. Staff overloaded with soldout status.”

• We needed to check in early and the hotel was happy to do so.
• The sink/bathroom was tiny.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place and felt the staff was accommodating. We had to check in early and they made it happen. The furnishings were modern, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The TV was very nice.”

• Via Priceline, this was my best experience of price-quality.
• HVAC system controls did not operate properly-couldn't control temp or fan speed.

“It was very efficient location and layout. WiFi access was easy, though signal was a bit weak during our stay. Room more like a suite with a seating area distinct from sleeping area-didn't have to watch TV from bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Priceline transaction handled without a hitch.”

• the way in which the TV was availble to be seen in any area.
• I liked everything.

“Great location, fine amenities, comfortable bed with outstanding ambience. The staff made coffee drinks for us (Starbucks) and they tasted yummy. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast was tasty. Very quiet. We enjoyed having WiFi access and also enjoyed the beautiful TV. It's GREEN and we both salute the hotel for that!”

• Contemporary feel - very nice stay overall.

“The hotel appearance was overall very nice - it had a very contemporary feel. It seems to fit more towards younger passers - by who want to stay the night. My biggest problem with them was the music in the lobby area - they seemed to have mixed a club environment with this hotel at night. I wouldn't have appreciated that if I were to stay the whole night. Other than that, the fitness center was great and they have a small pool next to their gym. Great customer service - OK environment. I would suggest this hotel to couples/singles but not a family.”

• Beautiful rooms, clean, comfortable bed and linens.
• They had a free shuttle to the Opryland hotel which was great, but the driver we had wasn't too personable.

“Had a short stay, wish we could have stayed longer. We called for a shuttle to pick us up from Opryland Hotel and by the time we got to the meeting place he took off on us. Other than him everyone else seemed very nice.”

“Hotel was close and convenient to all area attractions, very clean, staff were courteous - and there were plenty of staff available to help when needed. The room was spacious. After arriving we found out all rooms included fridge and pullout sofabed. Sofa, sofabed and other beds in room were comfortable. The fitness center had the nicest equipment I've ever seen in a hotel - each person had their own headphones available and their own TV. Free breakfast was continental - good, but you could also order whatever you wanted (eggs, bacon, etc)for a fee.”

• We found our room very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the pillows, lots of them and they were comfy.
• Cheap bath tissue. Rough! Please upgrade.

“The Hyatt Place Opryland offers an attractive, comfortable and clean facility. The room was spacious with several amenities, flat screen tv, sitting room, desk with outlets for electonics, and a refrigiderator. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the Opryland Convention Center, saving us $18 a day in parking fees.”

• Very Comfortable. I loved the simplicity but yet a separate room to relax in.
• Breakfast bar and evening bar were the same bar right at the front door.

“I loved this hotel. I can't wait to go back to Nashville to experience this place again. I have never been more comfortable in a hotel in all of many travels. After my long day of traveling it was perfect to lay down on a couch, not a bet, relax and gather my thoughts for the upcoming meeting.”

• The lay out of the room and comfy bed linens and pillows. It was perfect for two women to share and get ready in the morning.
• The staff did not give us good directions to the airport. They told us the long way instead of the shortest route.

• Easy checkin/checkout.
• Tub had brown stain that concerned me.

“The check in/checkout was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and had good variety. There was a stain in the tub and a little grit or something in the tub which made me uneasy as to cleanliness. Didn't have vast array of toiletries in the room. Also, the complimentary shuttle only went to the Opryland Hotel so if you are seeing the Rockettes it's quite a walk from there, 5-6 minutes in the cold wouldn't be fun. However the clerk at the hotel suggested we park at the theater at the mall and walk over. That's what we did and it's right beside the Opry House. Oh, and we accidentally pulled into the pay parking for Opryland Hotel - $18.00 but the nice lady voided it for us once we told her we had mistakenly pulled in there. Machine gives a ticket when you pull in. Overall, location was great - right across the street from Mall and Opyrland. Very convenient.”

• The room was huge with a couch, coffe, and desk.
• Limited workout facility.

“This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. The room was huge with a separate living area with a large couch, wet bar, desk and a large flat screen TV. It was very convenient to the convention center and Opryland, right off the expressway. Great continental breakfast and friendly service. I would stay there again.”

• Very attractive rooms and great continental breakfast included in price.
• No vending machines, had to buy snacks from their snack bar which were overpriced and not great tasting.

“The room was great. One of the nicest layouts of any hotel I've been to. The free breakfast was also good with lots of variety. For an additional fee we could have had more variety (eggs, etc.) and while we didn't order it was good to have as an option. Also, the TV was great, large screen with movies on demand for a small fee. The lobby and breakfast area were well designed, it felt like eating in a cafe instead of a hotel! We very much enjoyed our stay!”
