“Economical, thanks to Priceline. The customer service was good we were offered a new room since our tub was moldy and had a slow drain. Very convenient.”

• Free wireless internet.
• I did not like that I had to pay for my breakfast there.

“I was under the impression free breakfast was included in my price of the hotel since it was listed as an amenity. Needless to say, we at there three times and found out from one of the hotel staff that we needed a voucher to eat there. I was very disappointed this was not included in the price of my stay especially since it was an amenity listed.”

• Very friendly staff, attentive to needs and clean rooms.

“Great location, very nice lobby/desk area. Wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive. Great cookies on check-in. The room was large, well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. The heated indoor pool, although warmer than the outdoor weather is still very chilly. Wish there was a hot tub.”

• The room was very spacious.
• I was not given the help I needed.

“The hotel was an overall good experience as far as facility goes, however, I was traveling alone w/ four small children and was told someone would be able to help me. That did not happen. Because of that alone, I would not stay in this hotel again.”

• Bath tub had rust stains and wall paper was peeling at the seams.

• Rooms need new wallpaper or paint and new carpet.

“I was happy with the location, staff and room set up. There was a great living area with couch, chair, coffee table, desk, refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The bedroom was separate with bed, nightstands and a TV. My experience was great overall, however, rooms could use new wallpaper/paint and carpet. The rooms looked outdated because of the wallpaper and carpet.”

• We appreciated the spaciousness of the room, and the inviting lobby and friendly staff.
• Our experience was great all around.

“We only stayed a night at the hotel, and unfortunately got there late and left early the next morning. However, it was a pleasure to arrive at the room, which had a separate living area and a separate sleeping area. We were able to unwind in our own individual ways (i.e. sleeping, TV, and a bit of yoga) without interfering with the other's space. We were sorry to not have an opportunity to use the pool or gym facilities. Overall, it was as close to being at home as you could create in a hotel setting.”

• The suites had excellent space for both of my younger children.
• They should have given us more than one cookie per person.

“If you have kids that like to do a little bit of everything, then I recommend this hotel. Everything was reasonable and the hotel staff was wonderful. I look forward to staying there again.”

• Mildew in the tub where the shower surrounds.

• The bed was fluffy with lots of pillows. Nice presentation.
• Outdated bathroom, which was also very small.

“Check-in was nice. I was given a warm cookie when I checked in. The room smelled okay, and the king bed was nice, with lots of pillows and a very comfortable mattress. However, the decor in the room was outdated as well as the bathroom and vanity area. It was also very small (the bathroom).”

• Cannot think of anything.

“As previously wrote, great place for a family or seniors. They have 24 hour shuttle service to anywhere within 100 miles of hotel. Staff was wonderful and also the restaurant was outstanding.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were very nice.
• It would be nice to have access to the bathroom without having to enter the separate bedroom.

“We enjoyed our stay my husband and I, along with our 17 year old son, thought the room was nice, clean, and comfy. We did not try the restaurant, but probably would if breakfast was included with the price of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.”

• The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered all the services we needed for a one night stay with 24 hour shuttle to the airport.
• Nothing - friendly staff!

“The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the Nashville airport. They offer a 24 hour shuttle and do not charge for leaving your own vehicle at the hotel. We left our car there and felt that it was in good hands for 7 days. The rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The staff is professional and friendly.”

• The bed at this hotel is very comfortable.
• The furnishing and bathroom showed a great deal of wear and damage.

“This hotel would be a three star if they renovated the entire room. It seems they did fabrics and the bed but the furnishings were worn, the table very scratched the tub and caulking falling apart. This hotel is saved by its staff, comfortable bed, and size of room.”

• The price was great and the rooms were nice and big.
• Everything just seems kind of old; the bathroom was not very clean.

“If this were a 2 star hotel, then I'd feel pretty good about it. As a three star though, its pretty sub par. There was a decent amount of mildew in the shower. The bedspread had some stains on the bottom of it. Also, the furniture definitely looked pretty old. The positives are that there is plenty of free parking and that the rooms are huge. They are suite style rooms with a living room area and then a separate bedroom that could be closed off from the rest of the room. The rooms also contain a refrigerator which was nice. If everything were just a little cleaner, it would have been better.”

• I can't tell you something that I liked. I was very disappointed. The cookies at check-in.
• I asked for a non smoking room and they could not accommodate. The pool was very dirty, and the room had a bad odor.

“I have stayed at a Double Tree in Indianapolis, Indiana and was very pleased. This one was not even close. The room key did not work for any doors, the pool was dirty, the room had an odor and they could not help us or would even try to in any way.”

• Maids did not speak English.

“Stayed three nights. Room very nice size but needs updating. Beds, pillows, etc. were great! Both of us slept better than at home. The daily supplies include only two wash cloths (need 4), 1 decaf, 1 regular coffee (should be min. of 2 ea.) Location handy to all Opryland areas.”

• Convenient location to airport along with hotel shuttle service.
• They did not have any non-smoking rooms available.

“Neither my wife nor I smoke and we were forced to take a smoking room which of course smelled terrible. There were no non-smoking rooms available so we had no choice and the reception desk commented that it was not their problem.”
