• The staff was very helpful. They printed out directions to a restaurant.
• Wet floor in bedroom. Door falling off hinges. Non smoking floor let people smoke out on balcony filled hall will smell. Did tell staff.

“I unfortunately am staying here next week if I know now how bad it is I would not stay there but it is non refundable. I was disappointed they just said sorry.”

• All suites, two double beds + sofa bed, ideal for when traveling with grandchildren +micro & fridge.
• Line far too long at breakfast, food was slightly dried out.

“My family took my dad here for the weekend to celebrate his 60th birthday. It was absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed the happy hour and great entertainment each night and the continental breakfast was phenomenal. I would love to go back again soon!”

• It was very nice. Everyone was friendly and nice.
• I asked for remote control batteries twice, did not receive. There was a leak in the ceiling in one room. A roach bug on wall in one room.

“The hotel is very nice. I have stayed there five times or more. I was a little disappointed because of the service I received. Always before, not a problem.”

“The staff at the hotel was very nice; I didn't not understand how a customer can book a non-smoking room and loose the reservation. I'm thankful that I only had to stay there one night. This was a very bad hotel experience for me.”

• Nice lobby, good sized rooms, friendly staff.
• Pool was closed for renovation, no information about this beforehand.

“Nice room, indoor atrium, cook-to-order breakfast. If making coffee in the room, use bottled water. Nice pool, if it were open. Restaurant ok, servings a little small.”

• The atrium area is beautiful.
• The $9.95 per day for internet access.

“I was appalled that in this day and time that any hotel rated a 4 star would charge for wireless internet. The romantic aspects of the hotel are good and the atrium is very nice and inviting. I would recommend the hotel for couples but not for the business traveler.”

• The breakfast was wonderful.
• We waited 15 minutes to check in this hotel. Only one person at desk.

“The hotel was great. The service was poor. We came from the water park and were very tired. We waited 15 minutes to check in due to only one staff member at check in desk and person in front of us had a complaint. Management showed up eventually but we continued to wait. This service is unacceptable. Embassy in Dallas was far superior. I will not stay here again.”

• The cleanliness and the service.
• The room was very warm even with the a/c on the lowest they would allow stifling!

“The hotel overall was fantastic. My only complaint was that our room was so warm and nothing could be done about it being it was a controlled a/c system. The lowest the temp went was 65 and in actuality it was really 74 in our room and it was hot outside!”

• The suite with refrigerator and microwave. Two separate rooms.
• Exercise facility under construction.

“Great place to stay. Close to airport and grand Ole Opry, Nashville road construction make access not as easy as normal. Great breakfast and suite facility. I would stay there again and recommend to others.”

• Appearance of lobby.
• Small rooms, rude staff, restaurant, game area, children running through lobby and in pool area unattended¿

“I will not choose this hotel again. Our family has stayed at the embassy suites in Memphis, TN several times before and loved it. The one we chose in Nashville, TN was a major disappointment. I would not recommend that particular embassy, in Nashville, to anyone; but we will stay loyal to the embassy suites chain and try their other hotels when we travel because hopefully this experience, in Nashville, was on of a rarity for the embassy hotels.”

• Clean, well-appointed room, hot cooked to order breakfast, nice atrium and lobby.
• Remodeling work was being done- hot tub was empty.

“This hotel is situated on a wooded hill in a business park near the Nashville airport. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed with updated furnishings. The hotel is finishing a remodeling project and the result is very pleasing. The atrium has "streams" flowing through it along with live plants. The breakfast area has ample seating for a large crowd and although there was a line at the cook to order breakfast, it moved quickly and the food was excellent. There are 4 glass sided elevators which move traffic quickly. The hotel was sold out last weekend, yet we never had a long wait for an elevator.”

• The breakfast had a very good variety of foods .
• Shower would not allow hot water. Toilet would not flush normally. Vents were very dirty. No extra pillows or a blanket for pull out bed in suite.

“Room had a funky smell-vents were very dirty. Light bulbs in lamps blown, not replaced. No pillows, blanket for sofa bed. We sneezed, coughed, allergic red eyes the whole time we were in the hotel. Fire alarm went off at 5:30AM rang for 15 minutes. Noise from Atrium was loud. We were very disappointed.”

• A comfortable room, great pool facilities, excellent in-house restaurant, free happy hour, and a great staff!
• Getting there was difficult, but there is a great deal of road construction finishing up in the area.

“I have stayed at several Embassy suites, and always enjoyed myself. The two biggest hits for these hotels are the comfortable rooms, and relaxing atrium's. Right behind that is the staff, case in point; while at the Briley pk way location in Nashville, We received just about the best service experience that I can remember, accompanied by a remember able meal, not something you can expect in many other Hotel restaurants.”

• No telephone directory in room, and desk didn't have one, either.

• The room was big and comfortable.
• Internet was an extra charge.

“The hotel was fine. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the internet was an extra charge and they did not have cables in the room. It was wi-fi. I prefer the cable. Other than that, everything was fine. If internet is not included with the room, I would appreciate it if that was spelled out in the description of the hotel. No internet was a real bummer for me, and I had to go to Kinko's down the road.”

• Dirty sheets on sofa bed, mattresses in poor condition, leaky faucet, electrical outlets need replaced.

“Excellent location, nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive. Coffee & cups in room weren't replaced daily. Sheets on sofa bed were dirty. Had to ask for clean towels & trash to be emptied on day 2 as room wasn't cleaned at all. Mattresses were in very poor condition. Small double beds. Nice to have extra room with the suite though.”

• Low class trashy guests, too crowded, bellman was a slacker

“This hotel could use a renovation. Also it could raise its rates to keep the riff raff out, other than me. I like to be the lowest common denominator but was not during this stay. The breakfast sausage was of low quality. Otherwise it was pretty nice, good sized rooms, nice bed, good tv, wet bar, refrig. I would stay there again for the same price.”

• Great value. Beautiful inside Atrium and excellent food.
• There were several wedding parties here so it was a bit noisy until about 10:30pm and one of the desk clerks did not understand English very well.

“Nice clean room, comfortable bed, great atrium and food. Checkout a little slow but lots of people there. Nice pool, kid friendly. A little loud due to a weeding until 10:30am. Reliable wake up service and would definitely recommend.”

• Great Value. Awesome free breakfast. Spacious rooms.
• We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but didn't.

“Hotel was nice and clean. Traffic was horrible around hotel due to construction. They had an excellent breakfast. Having the suite with two t.v.'s and the couch bed in a separate room made it nice when you have children. ”

• on arrival i was told i would be picked up by the shuttle in 10 minutes it took 50 this was the only flaw in the whole stay

• The window blind did not close all the way, so security lights and sunlight came flooding in.

“The hotel itself was very nice. My room was close to the interstate, so between the noise and the light, it wasn't the most relaxing. But the breakfast was good!”

We are often very tired from traveling and appreciated the quiet rooms and full breakfast made to order after a long trip. • Willing to book noisy high-school groups (not expected at this quality level).

“Great hotel, but a bit run down in comparison to other Embassy Suite properties. They also advertise microwaves on their web page, but it was missing from our room (we planned for and brought frozen meals but ended up having to order pizza). Despite this minor problem, we would have been extremely pleased with our stay. However, a huge high-school group literally "took over" the hotel that evening. Unfortunately, that group was extremely lacking in adult supervision. I was suprised that a quality hotel would allow such a situation, and it truly did affect our enjoyment. For example, the pool and spa was completely unusable due to roughhousing, splashing, pushing, throwing each other in the pool, etc. No hotel staff was present to supervise or to restrict the number of swimmers in the pool at one time. As a result, I was forced to take my (completely heartbroken) 4-year old son back to the room for his own safety. The noise was also a problem that evening and morning. However, in the absence of this disruptive group, the stay would have been very pleasant.”

“Having stayed at the Embassy Suites (and this particular Embassy Suites) many times over the years, we think they've gone downhill a bit. Their attention to detail isn't what it used to be. But its still a better hotel than many. And we would possibly stay there again.”

• The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are spacious & clean. Nice amenities. Great complimentary breakfast.
• Saw most people throwing away their pancakes in the complimentary breakfast. They weren't good.

“We always stayed at Wyndham Gardens before, but we now have a new favorite. I will try to stay at Embassy Suites every time I go to Nashville.”
