• Dirty carpet on the steps going to the second floor.

• Convenient location and the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.
• The bed pillows were not comfortable for us.

• Very pleasantly surprised, very clean & more up to date than most hotels.
• Beds were more firm than I liked, but that is personal preference. I would still stay there again!

“I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean and up to date that this hotel was for the money we paid. Most hotels in that price range are dingy and stuck with 80s decor. But this was very clean and more up to date than most.”

• Breakfast was great and the staff attending was helpful.
• Our room was across from the elevators. We were awakened by loud talking in the hall.

“The room was clean and parking was excellent. Our only adverse experience was due to the room we were given being across from the elevators. When late night patrons came in, they were loud but only for a minute or so.”

• The room size and the beds were a good size, nice location, refrigerator and microwave. Helpful staff, quiet.
• The pool isn't indoors.

• Very minor - no vent in bathroom.

• Rooms are good sized and comfortable.
• Breakfast room was a bit small for all the guests.

“My overall expectations were exceeded. The hotel was close to the Grand Old Opry, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Rooms were large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel highly.”

• Location, couch in room.
• Towels were damp on arrival, limited breakfast choice.

“Great location for a late show at the Opry. Rooms were clean and nice. Only problem was that the towels were damp when we arrived. Apparently not enough time in the dryer. Breakfast was adequate, but limited choice and they ran out of fruit.”

• I liked the size of the room and bathroom. Enjoyed having a refrigerator.
• Nothing, everything was fine.

“Good location, restaurants close-by, provided shuttle to the Music City Marathon, suite room was large and the bathroom was a good size. Bed could be a little more comfortable, but everything was clean and shower was nice. Sink in bathroom did not drain very well.”

• The breakfast staff was somewhat rude and they ran out of various foods.

“I would recommend this hotel. It is clean and the beds are comfy. However, the breakfast staff was rude at times and they ran out of quite a few things one morning.”

• I liked the location, and spacious room. I liked the breakfast.
• The air was set too high (74) when I got there, and it felt warmer than that, and the unit never got the room cool enough.

“The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were pretty, but the temperature was too warm for me, and the unit quit working when I turned it down, I had to change rooms and that one was too warm, too, I had to not turn the unit down much so it wouldnt quit working and never really got as comfortable as I wanted.”

• It was very near the Opryland complex. Fantastic.
• Late cleanup times and late check-in.

“I was actually on a business trip with my spouse. The hotel met our requirements and was very convenient to the meeting we were attending at the Opryland complex. The great staff made up for the lack of amenities.”

• Very unfriendly management and desk staff.

“I loved the location, but the ruggedness of the managers and desk staff made us not feel welcome. Housekeeping employees were friendly and helpful at least. I was made to sign a waiver to pay a $200 cleaning fee if they suspected the room was smoked in; threatening letters and signs about how linen was inventoried daily; kicked out of the pool promptly at 10 p.m., although there are no lifeguards or staff tending the area and no drinks aloud at the pool with a 93 degree daily high outside. All the rules with all the surveillance cameras made it feel like they were lurking around the corner waiting for you to do something wrong. My 9-year-old daughter wrote a letter to the desk staff thanking them for allowing us to stay there (it was disregarded).”

• Noisy painters were painting outside window at 7:15 on Sunday morning.

“The hotel would had been excellent had the pool been open and painters were not outside our window with noisy equipment at 7:15 on a Sunday morning.”

• It was close to where we were having a church function.
• The manager (she wasn't very nice)

“This hotel didn't give us room service one day and we told them about it and also the A/C wasn't working right and we told her about it and she didn't send anyone up to even look at it.”

“The accommodations were great! Friendly people. The room was excellent, and the cleanest room I believe I have stayed in at Best Western. The only glitch was the reservations were for the wrong best western, and the solution provided at the desk was for ME to call the other Best Western and call the 800 # also to clear the problem. My thoughts are that the clerk should have accepted that issue, so I could have checked into my room 20 minutes earlier. It was resolved, but I think at my expense. My time.) I will continue to use this best western as well as other Best Westerns. I am a Gold Crown Club member. ”

• Large room, great wireless internet reception, good housekeeping staff.
• Shuttle did not run late enough in the evening or early enough in morning, some staff were not very cordial.

“For the rate that I paid, the hotel was clean, convenient. Room was spacious and liked having fridge and microwave. Most of the staff were friendly, some could have been a little more cordial. Overall, safe clean hotel. Good for business traveler.”
