• Friendly staff.
• It was old and the doors closed very loudly. Outside noise kept me awake.

“It was very hard to get into, I drove around the block 4 times until I found the entrance.
The room was located facing the street by the capital building and it was very loud. The TV was small and old. The beds were comfortable. The elevators were old. The breakfast was good and they waited for me to get up there until they put things away. I would never have picked this location or hotel myself but it was too much hustle to change it or cancel it. I probably will just reserve my own next time and pay more for the hotel I want in the location I want.”

• Good continental breakfast. Staff finally did respond to complaints about noisy room. Next door.
• Party in room next door till very late. Took a while to get staff to respond.

• Location! Great free breakfast!
• Poor customer service, no room ready at checkin. Only 1 elevator.

“Overall pleased with our 1 night stay. We were told there were no rooms available even 30 minutes after checkin time, then we were given an occupied room & had to take all our luggage back down the stairs (only one elevator & the wait was horrible) to get it straightened out. There was a great free breakfast.”

“Hotel was in a central location to Downtown Nashville. Free Valet parking was a plus, but the lack of housekeeping was bothersome. Our room was cleaned once during our 4 day stay.”

• Good location, friendly staff, good continental breakfast and free parking.

“This hotel is in a great location if you want to see downtown Nashville. Just a few blocks from Music Row. Their breakfast was good, they had waffles, donuts, toast, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy etc. a lot more than I expected, the place was undergoing renovations but did not bother us. The staff is very friendly especially the valet attendants. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Great pillows! Our room did not have a remote for the T.V. so I called the front desk and someone came right up to bring us one. Good experience.”

• It had outdoor access & was just an old motel.

“I can't recommend this hotel because it was just an old motel that had nice furnishings & valet service. You get to your room via an interior elevator & then have to go outside to get to your room door. The room was very tiny & old & apparently next to a city truck route. I was disappointed expected a nice city hotel room.”

“I would recommend travelers to stay here only if other hotels close to Broadway are booked up. It ended up costing us more than 140.00 to stay here. About the same price as a closer hotel with amenities.”

• The walls were not very thick, we could here people coming and going.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint was hearing people when they were coming and going (our room was next to the door to the elevator and coke machines) also the toilet leaked when flushed it. However I would definitely stay there again without thinking twice. It is just to conveniently to everything that my boyfriend and I enjoy about Downtown Nashville. Huge Predators fans!”

• You can hear all the busses in the morning, but it was alright.

• The walk was quite long. There was only one plug in the bathroom.

• The staff was top notch! From the Valets to the housekeepers, all very friendly.
• The hotel is an older hotel and is very noisy!

“When we arrived we were told there were no king rooms available so we opted to upgrade to the Jacuzzi suite. Which I must say was fabulous! The hotel was very noisy because of thin walls. The staff was always willing to help with anything you may need. They were fantastic! The hotel is close to all of the downtown attractions, although I would say it wasn't the best neighborhood. Overall it was a great experience.”

“For the price we paid, it would have been better for us to stay away from downtown at a better price in a nicer hotel and driven in to our event. The hotel had no non-smoking rooms left, told us the smoking room had been "fogged" so that smoke is non detectable. It stunk, my bag and clothes still smell days later. The hotel seemed to attract young party-goers who stayed outside until about 4 in the morning, smoking and talking loudly. Definitely will not go back.”

• Very affordable and I felt that it was a good value. Very pleased.
• Night manager extremely rude and unhelpful, other staff was wonderful.

“Overall, I would say this is a very good value for the money. Decor was more modern than expected and free breakfast was quite more food than most "continental" breakfasts. Valet service is great, majority of staff wonderful, relatively clean, and very quiet. I will stay here again.”

• Leaving. I left after one niter forfeiting the next niter.
• Location, poor help, nasty hotel!

“The location is not great. The rooms are outside access. Old hotel remodeled and tried to look nice. Wallpapered over bathroom tile walls. Noise at night. Maids in morning work me up rolling very loud carts and talking loud>> I forfeited my next night stay and booked another hotel. I'd like to know how much the person who rated this hotel was paid off to rate it 2 1/2 star???? When I checked out and told the front desk of my dismay they said nothing.”

“Within walking distance of area attractions - capital, first museum and Nashville nightlife. Easy access to and from the interstates. The rooms are adequate but in much need of updating - virtually no water pressure for showers, one very small elevator for 5 floors. Parking was very limited. The lobby lacked seating and the breakfast room was cramped. I would not stay there again.”
