• The bed was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Perfect place to stay after long flight.

“This was a great place to stay, I stayed with spouse, but it would also be very accommodating for parents and their children. Other elderly members of my family also stayed very nice for them on first floor. Love the little kitchen area.”

• The layout of the room was great and the decor was lovely.
• We would have liked the buffet breakfast to go to 10 a.m. rather than 9:30 a.m.

• Guy
  on the morning shift was amazing.
• The carpet smelled like dirty feet.

“The tourist attractions were easily accessible from the hotel. The shuttle to the hotel was way too expensive and should have been complimentary. The rooms were comfortable and felt clean except for the carpet.”

• The staff, they did not answer there guest phone calls.

“I thought his hotel was nice at first glance but the staff change my opion, one of the women snapped on a reverend and got truly rude. They also never answered the front desk phone.”

• Great desk staff, clean, spacious.
• The breakfast food did not make me want to eat there.

“The directions were somewhat difficult given the complex Nashville interstate system and trying to find the hotel at night. The hotel itself was great. The night and morning desk staff was really nice. The room was spacious, clean, and above expectation. The only problem w/the room was the extremely small TV which was probably a 19" that could swivel down the couch area & bedroom. The breakfast food just did not look appealing. Plus there were lots of kids which are ok since it is great for families. Also, during the breakfast hours, I think the kids had control of all the internet stations. It was very nice hotel room.”

• This hotel had the best continental breakfast Ive ever had.
• The coach and chair seemed a little cheap.

“This is by far one of the best values for a hotel that I have ever gotten. The room was very large with a separate sleeping and sitting area. There were 2 TVs. The continental breakfast was by far the best Ive ever had at a hotel. Every member of the staff that I met was extremely friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• The staff's friendliness and helpfulness was beyond all expectations.
• No restaurants within easy walking distance. That's about it though.

“This was a new, modern, clean little hotel. The room was great lots of space. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It was easily accessible to I 40, which was great as we were merely driving through Nashville.”

“I was totally impressed with this hotel. I had never stayed at Springhill Suits before. The others were cheap, dingy places. This was way above that! The breakfast was also very tasty, fresh, great selection and wonderful people!”

“I liked Springhill very much. It had lovely landscaping, good pool and comfortable beds. I did not like the scratchy towels, but overall it was nice and the ladies at the desk were very helpful.”

“The hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly when I checked in. The shuttle arrived when promised to take me to the airport, when I returned from my trip I phoned the hotel three times for the shuttle to pick me up and it never arrived as promised. After 40 minutes I and 2 others who were returning to the same hotel had to get a taxi to take us .the lady I spoke with at the hotel was not helpful and kept telling me it would be there in ten minutes.”

• The hotel has all non-smoking, attractive rooms with sink and fridge.
• I cannot think of anything that I did not like. If I were to visit with my family, I would like an outdoor pool.

• The sheets on the bed were a little rough.

• The room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good location also.
• The pool was an indoor pool, usually a positive, but the duct system was very loud w/in the pool.

“This was a nice hotel in a good location, central to many things in Nashville. The front desk staff was fabulously friendly and welcoming. There is a little store in the lobby full of things that are necessary for travel. The hotel was quiet and safe for females that are scared of staying along; as the hotel has internal rooms. I loved that the motel was smoke free. And I have been staying in Nashville for over two years, and this is the first time that I stayed at a hotel and had a comfortable nights sleep. The beds were super comfy.”

• The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful.
• The arrangement of their breakfast station made it very difficult to be in and out. Bad flow.

“The hotel was confidently located near the airport. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a room with an attached door even though the hotel was quite booked. The breakfast station was very hectic as the flow did not work for dining customers. Perhaps if they moved the waffle station to a different location everything else would move more smoothly and quickly.”
