• Location was good.
• Dirty, aweful decor, dated, not nice at all- was shocked it is listed as a 4 star hotel.

“The hilton only has one thing going for it - location location location... It was not clean. The mirrors in the bathroom were spotty, there were rings of water still on tables from where the previous guest had sat a drink down. The products (toiletries) were aweful. The staff was not professional. This hotel should be listed as 2 star. Like I said other than the location this hotel has absolutely nothing grand to report on! I will not go back ever.”

• Great location wonderful room.
• The parking.

“It was an outstanding hotel for us price, location, comfort. My only complaint was the parking. It was very convenient, but there were no in and out privileges for hotel guests, so every time we had to move our car, it was a minimum $5 charge on top of the daily $14 fee.”

• It was nice to have a suite instead of just a regular hotel room.
• Because of poor shower curtain design/placement, water got all over the floor.

“We enjoyed the hotel very much. Since we were traveling with two children, it was nice to have two rooms with two TV's. My children were not happy that there was no Nicky TV. It seems that the nicer the hotel, the fewer Chanel's they offer.”

• Central to Downtown Nashville, parking accessible, very clean and beautiful decor.

“This hotel is beautiful and central to many great location in Nashville - the Sommet Center, Tootsie's, The Stage, Merchant's Restaurant, Rippy's, Eddie George's, etc. You can experience the Nashville night life just by walking around the block!”

“The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the concierge. She was a great help and provided insight to great little restaurants that were not on the tourist's radar screen.”

• I liked the Hotel layout, and the comfort of the bed.
• I did not enjoy the room layout. It felt rather cramped.

“We arrived and parked in the underground parking garage. It was $14 for over-night. We stood in line for a short while but there were no other issues checking-in. We found our room easily, and were very comfortable. The sofa folded out into an additional bed, which was a nice feature. We found our receipt under the door the next morning, and left without having to go back to the counter. Very nice.”

• It was nice and quiet.
• The walk from the parking garage was kind of long.

“The hotel is beautiful and our room was fantastic. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and we loved the adjacent sitting room, which also offered a pull out sofa. Our view from our room was great and the window treatments made the room delightfully dark when it was time to go to sleep. Overall, beautiful hotel and excellent stay.”

• 1/2 block from downtown, safe to walk sports restaurant was great.
• 22.00 a day parking.

• It was beautiful & clean. Staff was very friendly and more than helpful!
• Very expensive vallet parking.

“Upon entering the hotel, we were met with beautiful music being presented at a lobby lounge. The staff at front desk was very helpful and so nice. It was in the middle of downtown close to everything so that a short walk took anywhere we wanted to go. Loved it.”

• Refrigerator that was meant for my use. Convenient to Broadway music bars and the convention center.
• Noisy. Atrium lobby meant I had no view and the room was dark.

“Ask for a non-atrium view room. Although technically a "suite" the living room is very tiny and incredibly dark. This would be great for a long weekend of country music as both Broadway and 2nd ave. are close, as is the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium.”

• Great staff, offered to upgrade at no charge since it was available.
• Nothing the experience was great.

“The Hiltons accommodations were superb and the staff was very accommodating from the front desk folks to the valets. Dining at the sports grille was excellent service was great. I felt like everyone went over and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs, pleasant atmosphere would definitely go back.”

“Location is excellent for Downtown Nashville. Park your vehicle until leaving town and walk everywhere. Staff is very professional. Not my first visit here, nor my last.”

• Found razor blade on floor. Hotel staff not apologetic.

“New carpet installed prior to arrival. Area not inspected very well. Found razor blade on floor of room. Luckily no one was injured.”

• Location, location, location.
• Check in counter was back in corner but concerning desk was at front door. Should be other way around.

“This hotel is right in the heart of what Nashville is all about. You are across the street from the Gaylord center & 1 block away from tootsies & some of those landmarks that the tourists are looking for. It doesn¿t get any better than that.”
