• Free breakfast was very good, location was good for access to I-40.
• Noisy, garbage trucks woke us very early in the a.m. and we could hear the guests in the room above us walking in their room.

“Overall the hotel was a good value for the money. The breakfast had hot food and a good variety. The room was clean, although the furniture was a little worn. Our biggest complaint was the noise - garbage trucks in the early morning before 5:00 AM and we could clearly hear the guests in the room above us walking around the room.”

• Hotel staff was excellent. They just could not make this lemon into lemonade.
• Room was more like an apartment complex. Not a hotel experience. No lounge, pool was closed, no restaurant on premises.

“Hotel staff tried hard, but our room was on the back of an apartment type complex and it would have been a very scary location for a female who was alone. Pool was closed in spite of 75 degree weather. No restaurant or lounge on the premises and one big problem was a homeless person who was walking throughout the property. I understand that homeless people are people and deserve to be treated as such. But it is very scary to little children to see them.”

• Comfortable, clean, pretty, convenient, equipped with supplies.
• Would have liked a blanket, rather than a duvet (which gets too hot).

“A nice diversion from the normal hotel rooms. Convenient having a kitchen and all the supplies right in your room. Ample closet space, well lit bathroom with plenty of drawers, and a nicely laid out room with a fireplace.”

• Old, understaffed--our neighbors piled garbage bags and an old tire outside our door.

“Location is great but it's an older hotel with rather noisy sleeping conditions. We actually had to unplug the TV to stop the loud humming noise.”

• No airport park and ride.

“We called this hotel and asked if they had a shuttle service to the airport. They replied that they did but upon arrival when we asked where we could leave our car and ride their shuttle to the airport they stated they did not have the space for us to leave our car. We then had to park at the airport for $10 per day.”

• Friendly staff and airport convince.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel has a pretty good free breakfast. Good shuttle to and from the airport. Since it is an all suite hotel the rooms are large and they are fully furnished. It's not an extremely nice place but it is very good considering what you pay. And it is very clean.”

• Accommodations, rates, staff, breakfast, shuttle, all were excellent.
• Upon late arrival the only room available was handicap. There should be better guarantee late arrival provisions.

“There is a great kitchen, fireplace, good bathroom, and sitting room all in the price of the suite. Plus a hot breakfast is available each morning. The airport shuttle made it so convenient. The drivers were also courteous as was the hotel staff.”

• The accommodations were excellent and the price was fantastic. Hot Breakfast included.

“The Residence Inn at the Nashville airport was excellent. The rooms are excellent. We would rather stay in a suite like this than in a luxury hotel. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service for Marriot hotels is also wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.”

• The people above me were loud.

“Overall, this hotel FAR exceeded my initial expectations. The rooms were large and included a full kitchen set up. Housekeeping loaded my dirty dishes in the dishwasher when they came to clean. The bed was a bit hard but pillows were just what I needed. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, well maintained and cozy. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The employees at the hotel were friendly, very helpful and made sure all requests were met with a smile. The only problem we found was that there is a lot of road construction near the hotel right now so it made it difficult to navigate to and from the hotel. The hotel had pre-written directions to and from major sites that we wanted to visit and that really helped. Overall our hotel experience was exceptional.”

• It has a lot of room in the suite, and the pool is nice.
• There is nothing to say; it was great.

“The staff at this hotel were very polite and prompt. The breakfast was awesome. Our room was clean, and a large size for four. Everything was in working order from the refrigerator to the hair dryer. The pool was nice.”

• The food prep employees were very nice and helpful. However the selection of food never changed for breakfast as in other Residence inns.

“I was given the worst available room. It was handicap accessible, therefore it had no bathtub for my little girl. When I explained that my children needed a tub, they simply stated they were overbooked and would consider moving me in the morning. I had a three year old and a 4 month old baby staying with me. I had much luggage-bassinet, baby swing, etc. They did not offer to help me move or even let me know if something was available, so I was stuck. The dishes were dirty and had been put in the cabinets with food still on them and the housekeeping did not bring extra blankets (should have been in room) after requesting bedding for the pull out sofa for three days. I was not given a receipt when requested and treated terrible considering that I was a Marriot rewards customer!!!! They stated that I would have to obtain a receipt from you, since I did not book the room through them. (Silver status). Each request or question was handled with a lazy and "I could care less" attitude. With all the extras and accommodations, I expected much better treatment, respect, and cleanliness. What a shame!”

• So much road construction close to it make it more difficult to get to.

“It is an excellent facility. We used the pool, ate two meals because they served a great evening reception and breakfast, and left our car for 3 nights while we flew elsewhere. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

• There was a lot of construction making it very difficult to get to the hotel in the dark when we arrived.

Upon calling the front desk to find out when the free breakfast ended, they volunteered to keep it open till I came down and ate. They were great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The staff was incredible nice and knowledgeable about the Nashville area.
• I loved everything about it!

“When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable They gave us brochures and maps of area attractions. A HOT Breakfast was available to us each morning as well as an evening hot meal as well. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived to our room (it was 92 that day). Check out was smooth as silk. Privacy was great as well. I would stay here again DEFINITELY!”

• It was clean; room was big and had a kitchen.
• It had the tacky feel of a cheap apartment in a cheap neighborhood.

“The place is clean; the rooms in the back are quiet. However, if I was paying 140 bucks for this thing (which is the price you find for it on a lot of web sites), I would think I was getting ripped off. At 70 bucks it's a decent value for an OK room. Nothing special about the place. Kind of antiseptic and without character. Room is tacky in terms of furnishing and design. I'm not really a fan of Marriott because they are overpriced and austere; but at this price it's alright.”

“There were huge water stains on the ceiling and on the curtains. The curtains did not close to keep out the morning light. Only the sheers. The sheets were so thin I would have been embarrassed to use them. Lamp shade looked like it had been crumpled up and then replaced on the lamp.”
