• Enjoyed that the hotel room was very clean and new.
• The hotel staff upon entry was not very friendly. Not rude, just didn't really know if they knew how to speak.

“The last time I used Priceline to bid on a hotel I actually got this same hotel and was excited since last time it was clean and neat and new and the beds were comfy. Hotel staff wasn't that friendly but still would come back because that's the only time you are in contact with them.”

• Bedding, carpeting, looked new.
  Functional desk work area in room, nice decor in common areas.
  
  Very pretty pool area. Attractive landscaping.
• Room a bit cramped, internet connection in room by cable not wireless. Refrigerator too small, TV at bad angle for viewing from bed.

“Fresh and clean inside and out. Limited interaction with staff but they seemed friendly and interested, attractive landscaping. Nice bed linens, bed comfortable. They do need to get wireless Internet for the rooms not having it was an inconvenience.”

• Nice hotel staff - clean room - loved the private balcony.
• The initial room we got was 1king, but they corrected to 2queen. New room smelled so we kept balcony door open - internet was very slow.

“Would stay there again. Pool was closed even though maintained and clean. Long walk down hallways to your room. Loved the balcony because we kept the door open/screen closed to air out room - had strong order not sure if it was a smokers room. Beds were comfortable - room was clean - staff helped with providing first aid kit for hand cut on elevator. Parking was very limited over the weekend and we almost were forced to park on the street. Overall had a good time and would most likely stay there again.”

• Great staff, excellent location, ample parking
• All entrances were not handicap excessible.

“The hotel itself was well kept, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent-convenient to the airport. They could do a better job of lighting the exterior at night as it was very dark and could cause mishaps. The only problem was that the handicap parking space was not near an accessible door, making entry difficult”

• The room was very nice, the bed and multiple pillows made it very easy to drift to sleep.

“My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very inviting. The check in and check out time was under 2 minutes and the staff was very helpful, professional and quick to serve. We will be sure to stay at this hotel again.”

“There were two young clerks at the desk. The tall lady was very rude and not helpful. The young lady who picked me up from the airport was so helpful. She made me feel welcomed & I opted for her to check me in. The housekeeping staff was great and excellent.”

• I liked that it was clean, the rooms where spacious.
• We never could get the gates open to get into the pool area.

“This hotel was very clean and that is most important to me as a guest. Easy to find. Parking was not so great. Too many handicap spots and inconvenience to get to our room by going around the building. Would recommend this hotel though.”

• Comfortable beds, clean rooms, ridiculously close to the airport.

“The courtyard Marriott is a pretty nice hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, had very comfortable, soft beds, and was fairly quiet- we were poolside, but nobody is out there after 9 at night. Its main advantage is how close it is to the airport. If you have a choice between staying at a place like this or at one of the nastier hotels close to downtown or Vanderbilt, sacrifice convenience for quality and stay here.”

• I love mar riots beds.
• We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator.

“We enjoyed our stay, wish we would have stayed in a residence inn, for more room and fridge. We thought the parking was a little inconvenient, far from the door in rain.”

• It was a nice suite.
• It was supposed to have an indoor pool. It didn't.

“I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool because I was taking this trip with my son. I wanted it to be special for him. Not only did this hotel not have an indoor pool, the whirlpool it did have did not work! When I complained about it to the hotel desk, not only did they not offer any compensation for the false advertising, they told me if I wanted to, I could go swim at another hotel they owned if I wanted to. My trip was to make memories with my son. Fortunately, we had other activities planned. If I had relied too heavily on the advertised pool, or the hospitality, friendliness, and customer service of the staff, the trip would have been a bust!”

• Great location to Opryland, only 3 miles away.
• I do not have any negative to say.

“Recently remodeled. Nice rooms. Very quiet even being so close to the airport. Location to Nashville's downtown and Opryland is very convenient. Even being close to Briley Parkway is a great way for getting around and even leaving town by automobile.”

• Great Location. Good customer service, rooms were recently painted and looked great. Will go back again.
• Breakfast served in the lobby was a bit pricey, and we waited several minutes for food to come out.

“Rooms were very beautiful. The renovation was worth it. Love the hotel staff, breakfast was very good, gorgeous pool, and the location of the hotel made it very easy to get back on the interstate and get to where we needed to be without any trouble. Would definitely visit here again.”

• TV pay per view wasn't working, front desk didn't fix it.

“Clean and comfortable. When our tv's pay per view didn't work, the front desk put us on hold for a few minutes then told us they'd call back us back later when they figured it out. They didn't fix it or call back.”
