“This was a honeymoon 1 night stay, or was supposed to be. I spent 25 minutes attempting to check in. After all that we wanted to eat at the restaurant and relax. The girl at the desk informed me that the hotel restaurant closes in 5 minutes, and I've just spent 25 minutes trying to get to the room. When we went to the upgrade room the key did not work. Back to the desk, oops they gave me the wrong key card. Opened the door and saw a room about half the size of my office with 2 doubles. No chance I was staying there, the hallways are not air conditioned and it smelled. I left went to eat at PF Changes and stayed at the Marriot Hotel Vanderbilt.”

- Not as clean as I like, especially the restaurant.
“Nice place, but not a 3 star to me. It is older and definitely not upscale. The restaurant floor looks like it has never been cleaned and was pretty dirty overall. The food was pretty good though. Our room was clean, but had some dead bugs on walls and the drapes were coming down from the pole. The air conditioner also did not work properly.”

- Room was too close to the elevator and our room key stopped working twice!

“The hotel was nice and in a good location. Unfortunately, our room was right above the hotel bar, and there was a loud party going on. It did seem to wrap up between 10:30 and 11:00 so we didn't complain. The big complaint, not noticed until we turned the lights out, was when looking out of our 2nd floor room; you see the roof to the 1st floor that sticks out from the hotel. On the roof was a very bright light that shined right into the room, and you couldn't close the drapes to cover up the light, which is unacceptable. I will recommend friends avoid this Nashville Airport Radisson if they cannot be guaranteed a room without a spotlight shining in the window.”

- The hotel had fun quirks to it and the staff was fantastic.
- The hotel was older, so the decor was updated, but the building was a bit dated.

- Room was clean and inviting. Appreciated crisp white, bedding and linens. Nice sleep number bed. Good shower, nice bath. Safe and quiet.
- Limited TV channels. Would have enjoyed music channels. Iron had been dropped and did not hold water, but worked on dry setting.

- They never apologized to me.
- Poor customer service, very poor and not acceptable at all.
“The location and cleanliness were very good. The maid did not lock the door. I had camera and computer equipment in the room, nothing was stolen. But they never apologized to me and acted like it was my fault. The door itself did not lock very well. Also when I was checking out the desk person asked me three times if I ordered room service and each time I replied no. So I asked them to pull the ticket to show me my signature. After they pulled the ticket they found out it was completely billed to the wrong room, again no service. The customer service was horrendous and not tolerable. I would never stay at that chain again. They treated me as though I was substandard and I have never been treated like this before. I also plan on calling Radisson corporate when I get home.”

- My only suggestion is that the sink be located in a separate room from the shower.
“This is our second stay at the Airport Radisson, and we have been very pleased both times. We were thrilled when the staff offered to upgrade us to a junior suite, which had a king-sized bed, and a separate sleeping area. That made a huge difference in the amount of noise we heard -it was very quiet back in the sleeping area, since it was separated from the hotel hall by the living room of the suite. My only suggestion is that an upscale hotel should have the bathroom sink located in a separate area from the shower. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!”

- Room was damp. Mildew in shower.
“Staff were very accommodating. Shuttle drivers were friendly. Bartender sold us a bottle of wine after she had closed up for the night and was clearly on her way home. Hotel appeared generally clean. Hotel gym was dated. Our room felt damp and clammy. Room and hall smelled slightly of mildew, but not enough to make us leave.”

- It was fairly quiet and had quality linens, etc.
- The 1st room we were given had soiled linens, the bathroom of the 2nd smelled of sewer gas.
“The Radisson was mostly what we expected. We asked for a quiet room and were given handicap-accessible accommodations on the third floor. The gentleman at the desk said that the only difference from a standard room was that the bath would be larger. (He failed to mention that there would be no tub.) As mentioned above, the sheets and duvet of this room were soiled (I'd rather not say with what). The bathroom of the 2nd room we were assigned gave off a sewer gas odor until I filled the floor trap drain with water.”

- The sleep # beds were fabulous and they kept my room for late arrival.
- I thought there would be a Jacuzzi in room. Disappointed but no big deal.
“The Radisson was a terrific hotel. The staff catered to my every need with friendliness and answered my questions and gave me written directions to find my way. I was a bit disappointed no DVD or CD player with radio in room, but that was minor. The room was clean and I felt safe at the hotel, since I was traveling alone.”

- Early flight out- this was a great location.
- Live band each evening. My room was over the lounge- very loud- early flight out.

- Some furniture bordered on thrift-store old vs. chic.
“The lobby decor was fresh & hip, with a nod to the Music City with arty portraits of Dylan, Elvis, et al. Our room was repurposed from what used to be a service area, made evident by the double doors leading in, a wide entry area, and rather harsh overhead lighting in the entry. While every attempt was made to make it pleasant, there's just something about knowing you're staying in what used to be the place where they kept miniature toiletries, industrial cleaning supplies, and soiled linens. Makes you feel a little like you've gotten the table next to the restroom.”

- My room had no view. it was overlooking the pool equipment on the roof.
“For what I needed it for, it was exactly what I expected. We were there for a one-night stay awaiting our flight the next morning. It was very clean. About one mile from the airport. It had almost any kind of restaurant you could want nearby, within walking distance. The sleep number bed was a plus. The only complaint I have was the TV stations were very limited. Not much to choose from.”

“Hotel overall was good, but I was not impressed with the room. I had to go down to the front desk on day 4 to ask for the sheets to be changed for the first time and to ask for more soap. Not what I expected from a Radisson.”

- Better than I expected; room nicely decorated; hotel lobby nice.
- Only 4 restaurants nearby.
“I took my 75 yr old mother for short vacation. We both were impressed by the hotel; better than we expected. Room was nicely decorated/furnished. Had fantastic dessert in hotel bar/grill. Only downside, per hotel staff, only 4 restaurants nearby.”

- Cozy lobby bar. Wall clock by elevators a nice, old-fashioned touch.

- Easy to get to and several things around it.
- The service in the restaurant was lacking.
