• They did have a nice continental breakfast.
• NA.

“The shuttle service is a joke. The internet goes down every day and the hotel makes you call their vendor. They have no clue. We booked the King room and didn't have everything in the room as advertised. We had no microwave, no refrigerator. First time I have stayed at a Guest House Inn and it will be the last.”

• Staff was friendly.
• No work out facility, dirty.

“No amenities, no workout room, appearance was disappointing and dirty. We ended up leaving and walking over to the Loews Vanderbilt.”

• Rooms were quite.
• Outside appearance was not good.

“The rooms were clean and quite the staff was friendly. The hotel is old and needs updating but overall it was ok for the price.”
