• The cafe; nice comfortable bed.
• Had to ask for daily clean-up of room. towels, soap.

• Cleanliness of room.
• Air conditioner was loud.

“I thought the rooms were clean and efficient. Beds in our room were too hard but other family members had softer beds. Overall very happy. No bugs in bed that's a plus!”

“Upon arrival I was greeted by a very unfriendly older staff member. Overall it was a very poor experience and was glad to leave bright and early.”

• You had to have a key card to enter from outside all the time, not just at night.
• The hallways smelled of smoke.

“I thought it was clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, and I liked how it set off the road so you didn't hear any traffic.”

• Hotel cancelled my reservation.

“It was a bit of a hassle because when we arrived on Friday morning our room reservation had been cancelled because we did not show up on Thursday. I paid for those days so why should it matter to them if I show up or not, the room had been paid for!”
