• Location good and newer hotel with clean rooms.
• Breakfast was chaotic with most items depleted and lots of garbage.

“Newer hotel with comfortable rooms, beds and lounge areas. Indoor pool with large hot tub and sauna were nice. Nice selection for breakfast but when we stayed, they were out of most things and replenished extremely slow. Overall--good.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Brought DVD player, but TV had no jacks to hook it up to.

“Couldn't think of a better location. Easy access to Park City, Jeremy Ranch, and everything in between. Large bathroom area made a big difference in our stay. Breakfast was fantastic! All areas of the hotel were clean and the staff was amazing. We had our boat and were able to unhook it into a secluded part of the parking lot so we didn't need to tow it into town. Thanks for a great stay!”

• Gave me a smoking room, couldn't change. Didn't give me a price break like they promised when I checked out.

“Staff tried to be helpful when I complained about smoke in room. I had an asthma attack and sleepless night. Won’t use that hotel again.”

• Cozy decor, friendly staff, clean, convenient location, excellent free breakfast, overall terrific!

“The Holiday Inn Express in Park City more than met my expectations. The design and decor are perfect for the Park City setting and the hotel was very clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the breakfast host. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!”

• Room with a microwave and refrigerator at not additional cost. It's non-smoking.

• Night desk seemed understaffed.

“Overall the hotel definately met my expectations. It was right off the freeway and very easy to find. I was hoping for a hotel more toward the downtown park city area, but this hotel was still great.”

• I liked the location and the interior and exterior design.
• The cooked food was really bland except the cinnamon buns!

“I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked so nice inside and out. It was really easy to find. The parking to the entrance wasn't bad. They had other food to eat beside the bland biscuits and gravy and cheese omelet. I forgot to ask if I could purchase some pillows from the hotel because I really like them. The mattress was awesome. The bathroom was really clean.

• Breakfast is a nice bonus, good cable TV options, nice beds & pillows.
• Drapes were coming off the hook - minor problem and no computer internet in lobby.

“This facility was located near the outlet malls, outside of Park City so it was a little misleading and I had a bit of trouble locating it. But, if this is the place you want, the price was good and facilities were great, especially for shopping! Fast food was convenient and even a nearby Whole Foods store with soup/salad bar and great stores all around. Loved the large, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Drive to historic Park City was not bad at all. I would recommend this facility.”

“We went there to have a quiet night away from the kids. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am Sunday morning for no reason. After we got back to bed, the maids woke us up making noise outside our room.”

“I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Our 3 night stay was fun, the room was quiet, and the service was good. They had a good selection of food at the continental breakfast, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool everyday. I will definitely go there again.”

• Convenient location, swimming facilities.
• Terrible eggs on complimentary breakfast.

“Standard Holiday Inn Express with convenient location just off Interstate 80. Nice hot tub, swimming pool area, minimal fitness facility. If you are passing through and just need basic accommodations, this is pretty much what you ought to expect from a Holiday Inn Express.”

• Quite often their was no clerk at the desk to address concerns.

• The hotel was close to everything. We did shopping, We toured the old park city. We ate great at 10:00 at night and it was all with in ten minutes.
• Not much to tell here the hotel staff was great.

“The hotel was clean and far more than I expected. The breakfast was great biscuits and gravy with eggs bacon, yogurt, sweet rolls milk, hot chocolate all while watching the basket ball play offs for the Olympics this is a stay I will do over again.”

• It is very close to the outlet stores without being in direct traffic.
• Nothing that immediately comes to mind.

“The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, the variety of breakfast foods provided is great and there are restaurants that are close by.”

• When I travel, especially with my kids, I want a great free breakfast, and this place was GREAT!
• The hotel was a little bit off the main road, and could have been tricky to find, but I had my GPS.

“The hotel staff was very friendly. I dropped my wife and kids off at the front door along with some luggage, while I went to park the car, since the parking lot was fairly full. Expecting them to just wait for me in the entry way. When I walked in, they hotel had already given them a key to our room. Awesome! So I gave them my credit card, and I was also on my way! That was very considerate!”

• Our hotel took care of us and provided us with a nice breakfast and the opportunity for a late check out.
• There wasn't really anything that we disliked about this hotel.

“It was a clean well kept facility, with a nice pool and spa. The room package also included a very nice breakfast the next morning and a free paper at your door before you woke up. They also allowed us to have an extended check out time. Over all it was a fun experience.”

• The room was super clean and nice, the free breakfast exceeding my expectations

“The staff was friendly and helpful. THe room was clean. THe pillow selection nice. We were able to get a crib for our 2 year old. Bed was decent. Shower head was so nice! The free continental breakfast was delicious! I will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn (Express) again!”

“The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. They gave me a room with one king bed, but we had our twins with us, so at check in he upgraded our room at no cost. They have a very good breakfast buffet in the mornings. We were very happy with our stay.”

• The Rod Stewart look-alike front desk clerk with Rod Stewart music playing in the background was a nice touch.
• Unclean and cramped, even for a Holiday Inn Express.

“A disappointment overall. The room layout was cramped with the sink area actually outside of the bathroom. With a multiple bed layout (2 queens) it was difficult to wash hands or use the sink/mirror at night/early morning without waking up others. We asked ahead of time about the availability of a crib or roll-out bed (which was available) only to find that the room did not have the space. The clerk was thoughtful enough to offer a different solution - use the mattress from the crib and make a bed on the floor. That was helpful and creative and our youngest child seemed to sleep well with that arrangement. The pool was unclean, out of towels in the pool area and the floor of the common pool bathroom was disgusting. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful but was rarely at the front desk (a sign was placed at the desk next to a phone to call for help). Exterior trash cans were over flowing. We also got to unwittingly join in other peoples' smoke breaks as our room was close to an exit.”

• The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good--lots of choices and variety.
• One of the front desk receptionists was extremely hard to understand over the phone.

“This Holiday Inn, conveniently located right in Kimball Junction provided great access to the outlet shops and the Utah Olympic Park. The room was clean and comfortable, totally adequate. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good and had a good variety of foods: fresh fruit, omelets, cinnamon rolls, cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, etc. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family.”

• It was clean, quiet, breakfast lounge was open 24/7, and swimming pool and hot tub were very nice.
• When we entered the room, we smelled the scent of cigarette smoke, And there was an occasional scent of cigarette smoke.

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel overall. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and our wireless internet signal was very week I actually had to open our door to the hall, and sit in the door way in order to get a decent signal.”

“After having stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past 6 months, I was a bit disappointed with the upkeep of this one. A little on the shabby side in comparison. But the location was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains from our room.”

• This hotel was amazing. Very clean, super friendly staff. I was very surprised it was not a 3 star.
• The breakfast area was very crowded and on the smaller side, but it was spring break. Understandable.

“Wonderful hotel. Great location. Close to awesome shopping, easy access to highway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the pool area was nice. Excellent Atmosphere. Should be rated as a 3-star instead of 2-star. I was pleasantly surprised!”

• Respected our time and privacy / gave info about local shopping / breakfast was delicious.
• The treadmill in the fitness room was very old and noisy.

“It was perfect for our little family to get away for a weekend without a lot of fuss. The pool and fitness room were enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The beds were extremely clean and comfortable. We felt safe and relaxed.”

• The cinnamon rolls.
• Everything else.

“The service was horrible. We called to get directions and it three calls with over 30 rings each. Then when we got there we had to call someone on a phone from the lobby to check in even though it was 3pm. I've stayed at a lot of holiday inn's before but this one was way below par especially for Park City. I expected so much more for what I paid. There were children prank calling our phone as well as children yelling in the hall at 5am. It's was such a waste of my money.”

• I enjoyed the location. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff.
• The pool area. There were kids jumping in the pool the Jacuzzi was having problems and there weren't enough towels.

“My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The location was wonderful , the staff was considerate and everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends traveling to the area - it is very family friendly and the housekeeping was very quick and thorough.”
