“Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.” May 22, 2008 by
Marsha from Boise
“Staying here was the worst experience of my life! From checking in & going to 3 rooms, to get one that didn't smell like smoke or have a full view of a solid stucco wall, to literally being pushed down by the breakfast attendant. The side doors were always propped open, the AC blew air, but not cold air. The pool towels looked like rags to us, not towels. All night we listened to kids crying in the next room through the obviously too-thin walls. We got the largest suite anticipating the space. There were only two drawers for storage! The worst part is after complaining to the GM & owners about being attacked by the breakfast attendant (not even the rest of the crap), it took them over a month to figure out what to do. All they are willing to do is say, "We are sorry for your inconvenience". I wouldn't let a wild animal endure the crap this hotel & owners believe to be customary service & conditions.” Sep 2, 2007 by

“The hot tub was hot, the pool was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps.” Jun 4, 2007 by

“The staff was unfriendly not of much help the beds seen old and hard the halls were to hot there were no vending machines only in lobby.” May 16, 2007 by

“We stayed in a room with two double beds and a couch bed. We had a fridge and microwave, which were very nice to have. Before arriving, we called to see if the hotel had discount tickets for a local amusement park. They assured us they did, but they did not have them when we asked for them. They had a good breakfast each morning and were easy to get to, right near the freeway. There was a very small, cold, and murky-looking pool. You could not see the kids' legs through the water, it was so cloudy. The pool was a huge disappointment.” Mar 10, 2006 by
Travis from Pahrump, NV
“We have stayed at this hotel before and travel into the area several times per year. During our first night on this trip, however, we smelled a strong chemical smell throughout our room and considered changing rooms. The following day we found ants in our room and then on the first floor in and about the pool and spa area, which explained the smell. However, during our four day stay, the ants were always there.” Hotel Representatives:
