• I loved the Jacuzzi and fireplace. It was very pretty. And the bed was so comfortable.
• The front desk lady wasn't as polite as she could have been. It seemed like we disrupted her from what she was doing when we came to check it.

“It was about what I expected for the price I paid. It wasn't luxurious, and it kind of smelled (but we were in a smoking unit) but overall it was nice. The Jacuzzi was so relaxing and so was the bed. The sheets felt like Egyptian cotton. The fireplace was my favorite part. We turned it on even though it wasn't that cold in the room. It looked so real! The soap actually smelled good! I loved that we had our own coffee maker and coffee packets. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. I would probably stay there again, but only for the king Jacuzzi suite.”

• We got a comfortable room at a comfortable rate. A guy was checking in right before us and he had to pay $41.00 more per night than we did.
• The coffee pot was dirty other than that everything was fine.

“The Holiday Inn Express in pigeon forge is in a good location. It was convenient to a lot of restaurants, and the back roads to avoid a lot of traffic. the bed was comfortable, and we had a great time. when we were leaving we saw a bunch of new mattresses outside so they were apparently changing the mattresses. It feels good to know they change them periodically.”

• It had a nice breakfast fresh fruit.
• I fell I paid to much for this hotel room the hotel right down the street was for $29.00 I paid to much.

“With the exception of cost the hotel was ok it was commented place to walk to eat.”

“Upon checking in there was an employee at the counter, a woman probably middle aged who was on the phone, when I came to the counter she began yelling for her co-worker in a very aggravated, bothered voice, several times. The person who did wait on us was very friendly but being a business person myself, the conduct of the lady at the counter started our stay off on the wrong foot. She clearly did not care how we unachieved her or the hotel. People like that do not need to be in a customer contact situation.”

• Location.
• Only 1 elevator was working and the first night there the ac did not work right.

“Things could be better. Remodeling was going on and there was that, but the breakfast bar was always out of a few items unless you got there at 6 am or so - which we did not - other than that and the AC unit it was OK.”
