• The staff was friendly and efficeint. The room was kid friendly.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The rooms were clean and kid friendly. We got more than we expected for the price. There are restaurants within walking distance of the motel. It was quiet at night and we had no problems.”

• Continental breakfast was on the weak side. Very little to choose from.

“If you don't like spending a lot of money on a room this is the place for you. It was relatively clean, affordable and close to Niagara Falls. Would stay there again.”

“The start rating should be below 1. The rooms were cramped and TV/fridge wires were hanging all around. The carpet seemed not vacuumed. For the price you can go someplace else.”

• There was a roof (and it wasn't in the best of shape) and that is about all that I can say about it.
• It was in the ghetto, holes broken in the windows so why have a lock on the door, it was scary and I had a baby.

“When you are traveling how do you know what part of town to ask for? It was in the middle of ghetto. I had a baby and we didn't sleep because the window was broken - not cracked- broken with a huge hole in it. 1/2 of the hotel was used for housing and it was nasty as it could be with drunks laying around trying to approach you for money. The person working inside was so high it wasn't funny and they wouldn't accommodate you when you wanted to change rooms for the hole in the window. It was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life and I was afraid for my baby daughters life and my own life. This was something you see on TV, not in real life.”

“When I arrived at the hotel, the locks were exactly the same (metal key locks). The desk agent said he did not know when the last time was that the locks had been re-keyed, and he said that if someone fails to return a key, that lock is not re-keyed.”

• Very old style room. Bathroom fan was noisy.

“This hotel serves as a one star hotel. Don't expect more. Other hotels within a half mile of this location, all look to be of the same caliber, so save your money and stay here. Owner was very nice, and had a small continental breakfast that was unexpected. Nothing like a mini donut and coffee to get you up and going!”

• Dirty, very unfriendly staff, not helpful at all, not enough towels and did not have proper bedding and staff did not bring any.

“The hotel was very dirty. Our door would not lock and we had to prop a chair under the door knob. No shampoo, or soap. Bedding was old and there was no top sheet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The only good thing about this is the location. Else is just average.
• My friend was just visiting US and stayed in another hotel, but the hotel staff assumed he is with me and deducted the extra charge from my credit card.

“This hotel is for anyone who just want to stay at this hotel for one or two days. Nothing is great about this and nothing is very low about this.”

• The location was close to the attraction we were visiting.
• Felt unclean.

“I did not expect to be staying in a luxurious hotel, for the price. I had a young baby with me and was disgusted to have her there. The sheets on the bed were stained, there was no heat and it was quite chilly, and the bathroom was like being in a camping trailer, only worse. My sister, having seen some of the more recent horror movies, was terrified and searched the entire place for hidden cameras and trap doors. She even stacked up a chair on top of a table in front of the window and propped a chair against the door. On the other hand, the place did not have bugs and was pretty quiet. The location was close to the falls and food. I definitely would not stay here again.”

• The continental breakfast was very poor, the plastic flowers hanging around very ugly; it was the first motel without room service in my life.

“Everything looked old an put together, but we did not mind that for the price was low and that was what we looked for. This was the most affordable motel and I find it very good that that was possible. The motel is very quiet what the street concerns.”

“It was way expensive for this type of motel. Nothing was in place. Bath room door was broken. Can not lock. Bugs in side the room. The beds were shaking. A/C was not sufficient. The windows have dust and dust. The floor & carpet was all messy. The drive way has all pot holes and it was raining on the day we left the hotel and water filled in pot holes. Free break fast is a joke. Coffee, orange juice & some cookies at the front desk. They did not clean the kitchen sink not the bath room for the second day. All they did remove the trash and made the bed. I felt embarrassed & guilty in front of my family for booking this motel.”

• The staffs were friendly. Even though the rooms were small, they were clean.
• All the doors had problems. You could open the bathroom door even if it was locked from inside.

“This is a typical Motel near Niagara. The location itself is a convenience - its right there when you exit the R.Moses Parkway. Its got a lots fast food, gas stations nearby. Even if the rooms were small and had no frills, they were clean and well kept. There was no dust, creaky floors, dusty ceilings or torn wall paper. Over all, if someone is budget minded, this is a good hotel to be in at the Niagara. A microwave could have helped though!”

• I never saw as like red carpet. It was so worst.

“1) They didn't clean the sink that used before us2) When we step to the room, smells so bad. 3) There is no blanket on the bed. It was just one white sheet and bed cover. Usually most of hotels set up the sheet with blanket. We don't want to go red carpet again. We stayed one night at best western on Aug. 26 at Ithaca. It was so nice.”

• The room was too small and inconvenient.

“This hotel is conveniently located to the attractions and the shopping. But the rooms are too small and not well maintained. No separate dinning hall for the hotel though the breakfast is served at the reception area. I couldn't get much information about the local attractions from the staff there.”

“This hotel was in need of being fixed up. you couldn't use the Internet indoors, you had to sit outside. the entire Niagara falls area is pretty run down, and that was a shock to us. we would never stay there again.”

• In desperate need of remodeling. Curtains torn. Door trims broken.

“It was good enough to sleep in. Pretty clean and no offensive odors. Did not have a refrigerator as listed. Curtains had holes in them. Door trim was broken. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. TV worked well. Air conditioner worked but we could not move the vents, had air blowing on us all night.”

“One of the worst experiences. Both the time we were not happy. The hotel did not give us two twin beds. The bathroom was a big disaster. The tapes were broken and rusted. We were afraid that we will catch some disease if we use that bathroom. Not at all recommended for family stay.”

• Large rooms, a few minutes away from all the noise and downtown life.
• A little dated furniture.

“Let's get serious if money wasn¿t the issue would anyone care to read these? No it's not the Hilton but it is a clean and comfortable family hotel about 10 min walk to the strip. Who goes to Niagara to sit in their room and take its pictures? my family and I were out all day and evening came to the room basically to sleep and shower, it's clean large rooms were great especially because we saved so much $ we splurged on better dinners and more things to do for our family, where if we stayed at the Hilton we'd be eating at the breakfast buffets all the time. Stop complains it's great...”

• Just wish they would notify you when you have to cancel a reservation. I called 7 times and yet to hear a reply. Very quick to call back when you are interested in a room however.
