• Fantastic location! Can't beat it!!

“Location. This hotel is beautiful in one of the best locations in all of New York City! The rooms were absolutely huge compared to NYC standards. It was clean, new and an incredible price! I have stayed at several hotels in NYC and this was the best by far for the price and the location! I couldn't be more satisified!”

• It was very close to Time Square.
• The view was not that great.

• Great location and nicely decorated.
• The light in the bathroom did not work and it took three days and 5 calls to get it fixed.

• In Times Square and great staff.
• Bed was made out of rocks, noisy hall.

“Frankly, if it weren't for their bed selection, I would be fine. But, I really want 4 things: location, quiet, hot water and comfortable bed. They could use more sound shielding on their hall doors. And, I guess if you love sleeping on futons, the bed would be fine. On the plus side, the hotel is in an amazing location (44th and Broadway) and the staff was fast, friendly, and superb. Clean and modern rooms.

• Location.

“If you want to be near all the action near Broadway this is it. We asked to have a quiet room on a high floor and were given a great newly decorated corner room facing Broadway with the view. Staff was very friendly. We highly recommend the Broadway Millennium Hotel and will stay again”

• Great location.
• Bed was hard as a rock. Only had one mattress on platform.

“Hotel was in a great location near Times Square. The room was clean, but nothing more than an ordinary hotel room. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, because there was only one hard mattress on a platform (no box spring), so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.”

• Location, flat screen TV, free refrigerator, coffee, tea, china coffee cups, glassware and marble vanity.
  

“We were very pleased. The room came with a flat screen TV, marble vanity, glasses instead of plastic cups and china coffee cups. The room had free coffee and a large selection of teas. Great toiletries too. Rooms are a good size for Time Square.

• Service was amazing - staff was excellent!
• Rollaway beds not very comfortable.

“The Millenium Broadway exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Location was right in the middle of Times Square, which is excellent for shows, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.”

• Very spacious accommodations, even the bathroom could fit two at once!
• One way street to front entrance before 6 was blocked when we got there.

• Beds were not comfortable, room was not that clean.

“The location near Times Square was great, close to Subways and Central Park. Staff was friendly upon arrival. Room was ok. Beds were hard. We had to ask twice for blankets and when we finally got them they were dirty which means we had to ask again! Although it seems like I was complaining I would stay here again because of the location!”

• Friendly staff and location off Times Square was excellent.
• Only one thing - carpets were still wet when we got in, so it smelled awful. After airing out, eventually the smell went away.

• The location was very convenient, and the room was larger than I expected.
• My only complaint was the very steep valet parking charge, which was $65 per day.

“We were greeted warmly by the doorman and quickly ushered to the reception desk and then to the room by the bell captain. The room
allowed us plenty of breathing space. The only complaint about the room was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which became stifling after a shower.”

“Really and truly the largest regular sized room that I have stayed in while in Manhattan, (it's still small but if you have traveled to Manhattan a lot, you know how small these rooms can be) everything was clean, overall a very nice experience, I would stay here again.”

• The air conditioner did not work and the lobby bathrooms were disgusting.

“The room was a good size for NY but the beds were hard and the air did not work making it a bit stuffy in the room. The lobby bathrooms were worse than the public bathrooms throughout New York and obviously have not been cleaned in some time.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Millennium Broadway hotel. I brought my girlfriend to see a show for her birthday recently. The hotel was in close proximity to the theatre and a myriad of restaurants. Personally, I like the contemporary style of this hotel and the room itself. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant as well as being helpful.”

• Location. The room was exceptionally large for a NYC Hotel.
• The upholstered furniture was a bit worn.

“The hotel certainly more than met our needs for our one night stay. The room was exceptionally large and the front desk more than accommodating. If you are having more than 2 people in a room request one of 1 rooms. The room was conveniently near the elevators, but no discernible noise. Location was exceptional.”

“Location was great! Loved it! Quiet even though on busy location. When asked for extra blankets, had to call several times! Front desk informed that we were signed to an upgraded room but couldn't tell what was upgraded! Especially bathroom! There were cracks, ventilation cover was rusty and not to mention dirty! Housekeeping lady was nice though.”

• Convenient location for walking or public transportation.
• There was no coffee maker, soda machine, etc. and our room smelled liked an old smoking room.

“On the 36th floor we had a very quiet stay, although this hotel is just yards off of Times Square, and felt it was very safe. Overall, our stay was pleasant although we did expect some more amenities. The decor was clean and nice, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was of a nice size. Other than check-in we had basically no interaction with the staff over the three days, so we cannot rate them, but that may say something in itself.”

“We enjoyed the hotel. Location was great. Just steps from Times Square (literally). The bathroom was very clean. Was not a big fan of the bedspread and sheets combination. The satin lining of the bedspread made it very slippery and it was constantly slipping off the bed in the middle of the night. Not really an issue since the room is climate controlled but slightly annoying nonetheless.”

“We asked one queen bed but they only found 2 of the smallest full side beds we had ever seen. Fortunately, bellman arrived with our checked luggage & immediately called the front desk & had us moved to a much more desirable room with a king size bed, lovely view & updated furnishings. Don't know I would have been as successful on my own.”
