• The bathroom was lovely!
• The open areas looked rundown.

“The open areas/common areas looked a little shabby. No furniture to turn it into a seating area/lounge, just open space. Our room was lovely! The bathroom was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t very good, not to many choices. The TV in the rooms was much to be desired.

• Location. Nice public spaces with 2 pools. Hotel room size was large.
• A/C was a little loud. Couldn't adjust very well.

“Great location, close by airport. Nice free shuttle to airport. Helpful staff. Free breakfast and cocktails were unexpected bonus. Nice sized rooms for family of 3.”

• The sleep number beds were fantastic. A great perk.
• The lobby bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two days.

“Great for business travelers as it is right next to the airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, and the sleep number beds were the best things about this hotel. The bathrooms were a little small, but were clean and well-appointed. The only negative to my stay was the cleanliness of the lobby bathroom; I used it before I checked out, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for two days. Would recommend.”

• The hotel was ideally located near the airport and provided transportation to and from other nearby locations.
• There were too many visitors (hotel workers) coming to the door and the hotel staff issued a key to another person before our time expired.

“The Radisson Hotel located at El Paso Airport is an ideal location for anyone flying into El Paso, TX. The hotel was clean and the service workers did an excellent job. We would consider staying again and would tell others to consider staying at the El Paso, TX Airport Radisson Hotel.”

• Excellent service and very clean.
• The bed was the only thing wrong with this hotel, it was to the wall and you had to jump over to get in and out.

“They need to check and see how they are arranging the beds. Very inconvenient to get in and out.”

“This hotel is in a very convenient location relative to the airport. The property is well-maintained and clean. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant has reasonable prices, with food that is much better than you may expect from a hotel. We would definitely use this hotel again.”

“Incredibly convenient to the El Paso airport and a helpful and smiling staff. Great business traveler room having all the amenities needed to work from the hotel room. Beautiful facility. The only thing I can suggest to improve would be to install the shower rods in the bathroom that are in an arc so that there is more room in the actual tub. Sleep Number bed is A++++ recommended. Seriously thinking of purchasing one because of my experience with them at Radisson hotels.”

• I really appreciated the made to order complimentary breakfast.
• Typical carpet stains in common areas, e.g. corridors.

“This particular Radisson was actually one of the nicer in which I've stayed. I was upgraded to a King Premium room due to what I presumed to be overbooking. Even though I had anticipated two double beds, because of necessary sleeping arrangements, I WAS pleasantly surprised at the upgraded room's amenities. The bathroom far exceeded my expectations as did the availability of a "Sleep Number" bed, which indeed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. To the hotel itself, I would recommend a wee bit more quality control for the French toast and juices. While I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, for a Radisson it should have been a little higher quality (overall).”

• Very noisy, people talking in the halls kept me awake.

“Cheap and safe, but just average. I felt it was a 2 star or 2.5 at best. People returning to their rooms well past midnight kept me awake. Peoples conversations in the hallways could easily be heard in the room with the door closed. The rooms are large.”

• Other guests door slamming all the time/leaving the rooms. We were on the first floor and the cattle drive started at 5 am. Up stairs.

• Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet - well done!
• Front desk personnel not warm and welcoming - i.e. did not smile or look you in the eye when asking questions or checking you in.

• Rooms were very clean and nice. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms.
• TV did not work properly and staff was not very eager to help you. It seemed that they did not enjoy their jobs and treated me as though I was a botheration.

• Close airport, friendly, pretty, restaurants close, great open space.
• Went to breakfast maid came in and stripped our linens when we were not checked out.

“Hotel was right next to airport and two restaurants. Free breakfast was terrific. Nice open spaces to be able to talk to someone for business. Staff was very courteous. Room was very nice and pretty. Only thing when I went to breakfast at 8:00 am and my things were still in room; they stripped the room of linens.”

“We like the hotel facilities. We coordinated with the Radisson a couple weeks before checking in to make sure we got double beds. We received an email from the Radisson confirming this. When we showed up, they said they didn't have any notes on the confirmation. She said that even after I showed her the email on my laptop. The woman said that again in the morning when we tried to transfer to a room with 2 beds. When I called the front desk, the manager answered, What's your problem?" We got there Friday late, so you can get her name. Another concern. They have a huge area in front of the hotel for unloading/loading by customers. However, the hotel staff parked their vans strategically so as to not allow any of the customers to use the space. There was plenty of room, but for whatever reason, they wanted the parking to themselves.”

• Food service terrible; to order hot breakfast, cold and late!

“The terrible breakfast experience. They made much of hot breakfast to order, and then failed to deliver. Eggs were cold; they were out of sausage (one of only two meats offered) and had one cook. On top of this, it was 7:30 Sunday morning, when they had only a few diners. Hint: Have a buffet if you can't have enough staff.”

• Attractive and comfortable room and we got to try out a Sleep Number bed.
• Would prefer self-serve breakfast. Did not find the breakfast as good as many cheaper hotels. Not much choice.

“This was a great hotel at a surprisingly reasonable price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The main reason for choosing this hotel was to try out the Sleep Number bed as I have back problems. The bed probably would not work for me but it was comfortable enough. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• I liked the made to order breakfast. Whole hotel is non-smoking. Internet hookup in room.
• Was not able to arrange for a king size bed.

“Spacious accommodations, friendly staff. I believe they have Sleep Number beds in rooms with king sized beds (I had one here before), unfortunately, I could not get a king room. There is some construction going on in SW corner. Made-to-order breakfasts (up to 2 per room per day) are pretty nice. They have microwave and fridge in room and VCR too to play movies. You can pick up a movie from a choice of about 80 movies for free near the lobby.”

• Great location near the airport, The Radisson Hotel sent a shuttle to pick me up. It was a great price too.
• There was nothing negative to report. Everything went smoothly.

“The Radisson Hotel was nicely located near the airport. Clean and comfortable room. At the airport, there was a direct phone for you to call and within 5 minutes the shuttle picked you up and transports you to the hotel. Very nice experience.”

“My stay for a few nights on a business trip last fall. The rooms are large with a separate lounging area (desk, couch, TV, chair, etc.). The rooms with Select Comfort ("the sleep number") beds are wonderful. W489I did not eat at the restaurant, although my room rate included a cooked to order breakfast. The property borders the airport, but not a single plane was heard during my stay. I'm on my way to El Paso this afternoon and will be at the Radisson Suites!”
