• Connected to a casino and free shuttle.
• Refridgerator didn't work and bathroom floor flooded.

“Very nice hotel and we got a great deal. Just the the two problems which I am sure don't always happen.”

• The beds were unbelievable comfortable, the rooms were

• The showers are very small because the shower curtains they use.

“This is a good hotel if you Nat to gamble. The showers have huge curtains for a small shower. So you have to touch the curtain or the wall. Yuck.”

• The room was very clean and spacious.
• I was double charged for my room. It took over 5 hours before I was able to speak with someone.

• I thought the lobby was very eye appealing but the breakfast buffet next to the casino was a turnoff to us.
• Nonsmoking rooms were across from smoking rooms so what is the purpose?

“We were in town for a wedding and our short experience was wonderful as we were with our 11 year old son. The proximity to the hotel is ideal and the staff at the hotel that we encountered was truly exceptional. We are not gamblers so the fitness and pool area need updated. Otherwise it was a very favorable experience.”

• Extremely comfortable and clean room.
• The complimentary breakfast buffet was not what I would expect.

“This is a great hotel in a great location across from the airport and attached to Oneida bingo and casino. The room was extremely nice, as well as the public areas. The only disappointment was in the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had few selections and few selections. A plus was a made to order omelet that was really good. Definitely a great property overall!”

• It was clean.
• We were forced to park at the very end of the lot, causing us to walk about a block to our room.

“The hotel was clean, friendly, good food, I would like to see more family type attractions. I would also like to see some type of assigned parking. They were hosting a prom which got a bit out of control the police had to be called and it got a bit loud around midnight. The hotel however did seem to be on top of it. Overall, I would stay there again if I could not find a hotel with more things for a teen to do. None of our concerns ruined our stay it just made parts of it a bit frustrating .”

“The beds are great! Front desk staff was not accommodating when asked to be moved. We were placed next to the ice machine. Very noisy. The management took care of us and changed the room when asked.”

• They had beautiful decorations which made for a great atmosphere.
• When I originally called and tried to get two rooms together, the person helping said she couldn't so that and didn't know where the rooms were.

“We had a great stay. When we called back we were helped right away and were grateful to get our rooms together with a door in between. The service while at the hotel was very good and the people at the desk were very friendly!”

• Its new, service was excellent. Nice size room.
• The hash browns are a little stiff, so breakfast was free.

“Lots to do, there is a casino is next door if you gamble, there is a nice pool, food was good. This is a clean 3 star hotel. Enjoy.”

• Location was ideal;friendly staff;large bedroom with comfortable bed;adjoining casino was a bonus.
• The exercise facility fell short of my expectations for a Radisson and some of the equipment was out of service.

“I liked this hotel very much and would certainly return if I come back to the Green Bay area. It would be great if they could improve on the fitness facility.”

• I was to play bingo bash at Oneida. This was very convenient and comfortable. However I thought I asked for a double and was given a king room they.
• There is not anything I could complain about right now.

“This hotel is convenient to the casino. It is a clean hospitable hotel. The food was good as was the service. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Arrived late- staff was courteous and even moved us to a bigger/ closer room as we were tired after attending wedding. Sleep Number beds were great. Lounge had great service and food. Casino was a little smoky for our taste but other than that- great experience.”

• Hotel Staff was great... revamped rooms looked nice.
• Old linens in some rooms - Casino restaurant so-so.

“The front desk staff was great... casino is smaller but not too small. Craps tables both had $5 min and were easy to get on to even when casino was busy. They have redone some of their rooms with sleep number beds and may be doing all soon. We had an older room with older linens... but it was clean.”

• A bit busy of a location being near the airport.

• Good location, nice pool & hot tub.
• Our 2 rooms couldn't have been further apart, think it was because we paid less.

“I booked 2 rooms, 1 king nonsmoking, 1 double queen smoking. They had the names reversed on the rooms, and told me I had made the mistake. Okay then. Then when I asked if the 2 rooms were close (knowing that with one smoking and one non that they wouldn't be next door or anything) I was told, "yes, I have you on the same floor". One room was on the west end of the west tower, the other room was on the east end of the east tower. Technically, they were both on 2nd floor, but about a block apart. Kind of snooty front desk personnel in my opinion. Also, not sure why this is a 3 star hotel, the 2 star Howard Johnson's we stayed in 2 nights later was every bit as nice.”

“Extremely friendly and obliging staff. Stayed during a snow storm and free ice scrapers were given to guests. Restaurant facilities very good and the Oneida casino is just next door. Will stay here on my next trip to Green Bay.”

• Sunday to Thursday, the heated indoor pool and whirlpool never close.
• There were hairs in my sink when I checked in.

“This is a great hotel with many amenities. Very close to the airport. The casino is in the same building as well as several restaurants, a gift shop and coffee shop.”

• The bed linens, the furnishings, the floor coverings.

“The hotel is doubtless popular because of the connection to the casino. However, having stayed in Minneapolis Radisson last month for a similar bid, I cannot say that I would ever rate this hotel as three star. The bed linens were of substandard quality and did not even fit the king bed. The fitted sheet kept popping off the corners exposing the bare mattress and skimpy pad beneath. The main electrical outlet in the room had additional plugs added to it and was an octopus of wires that looked unsafe. There were 2 nice club chairs and an ottoman, but the armoire was a stand alone and there wasn't anyplace to set a suitcase or set out other items in the room.”

• I like safe hotel parking lot, shuttle service when I fly

“This is an excellent moderate priced hotel which offers service 24/7, excellent,safe parking for frequent flyers and 24/7 shuttle service to airport. Hotel also includes casino which does not intrude if traveler isn't interested in gaming. Food is also good.”

• There was a swimming pool and the kids had fun since it was not full
• there was a little drive to get to downtown green bay.

“This is a very nice hotel, clean and spacious. The only problem we had was the room next door's alarm clock went off at 0500 in the am. When i called the front desk to ask if someone was in the room next to us, they were not very friendly and acted put out. They did get the alarm shut off in a reasonable amount of time. I would stay there again though.”

• Comfortable Bed. Easy to get into. Fairly Quiet.
• Bathroom is TOO SMALL, so small it is difficult to share with companion.

“Good place and good staff. Overall a good room. Bathroom sucks, too small. Will come back hopefully again regardless of bathroom. Don't spend much time in room. Going to try the Saturday Night Steak Buffet next time.”
