“We did not enjoy our stay. The staff was smoking outside when we got there causing the lobby to smell of smoke. Our room was very dated and looked so that my husband refused to take off his shoes in the room.” Mar 5, 2008 by
Brad from Westerville, OH
“The hotel has a terrific breakfast buffet. It was clean but was a little older. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the next room but it was still a good place to stay.” Dec 19, 2007 by
Diana from Kenmore, NY
“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very run down. The room echoed like a bowling alley. You heard every sound above and beside the room. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have never had an experience where I felt as if there were other people in my room due to the sound.” Oct 2, 2007 by
Pat from Amherst, OH
“Pleasant moderately priced place to stay.” Jun 16, 2007 by
Jimmie from Monroe, MI
“The room was well appointed and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.” May 27, 2007 by
Earle from Carlisle, PA
“The manager never called to discuss the problem with finding the door open.” May 14, 2007 by
Kurt from Dallas, TX
“It's ok. Nothing special. Wireless is free which is nice. Workout room needs some more equipment. Lots to choose from in restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is a bit weak with plastic bowls, plates and forks. Still did the job.” Apr 22, 2007 by
Darla from Marion, OH
“My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, especially the ability to relax in the lobby with the morning paper and coffee. The continental breakfast was well- stocked with a variety of offerings. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.” Apr 1, 2007 by
Lisa from Phoenix, AZ
“I arrived around dinner time, 5:30 pm or so and there was no one to help me at the desk. Waited almost 10 full minutes before someone showed up. Was finally in my room where I had requested a single bed, the room had two doubles and was not a non-smoking room despite my request. Outside my window was a pool pump that was on its last leg, with a constant metal screeching noise. Tried to sleep but was unsuccessful. Asked for a new room at midnight. Someone brought keys to my room within 10 minutes. I moved rooms and to my surprise was given a suite on the 2nd floor. Very nice. Slept great the second night. The TV¿s lowest volume was too low to hear and 2nd notch up from that was too loud (felt I was disturbing neighboring rooms late at night). The second room (suite) was clean, had a refrigerator that was already on and cold, smelled well (was non-smoking), I was very happy with it. Upon check out the next morning, I went down to find, once again, no one at the front desk. Understaffed, I suppose. Very annoying. The hotel itself was just fine once I was moved to the new room.” Feb 26, 2007 by

“I have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites and this one was filthy. The corridors were dirty. The windows in the corridors were filthy .My bathroom had urine and pubic hair caked to the toilette and a build up of urine all over the toilette. It's never been deep cleaned. The floor in front of the toilette was caked with urine and pubic hair. The door to the bathroom was stained and dirty. The hair drier was filthy. The counters had hair and stains. The linens were dirty. Whoever owns the hotel and is in charge of cleaning does the bare minimum to get by. Having been in the janitorial industry for years, I'd rate this hotel way below poor for cleanliness. I purchased my own cleaning chemicals and disinfected my bathroom. Afraid if I changed rooms it would just be more of the same. My Dad also stayed the night there. His room was equally in poor shape. Don't stay here.” Dec 26, 2006 by
Al from Alexandria, VA
“It was a very nice hotel in which to stay on a long, two-day drive. Very accessible and in a nice, clean new development very close to i-70 with several other hotels and restaurant establishments. Have selected the same hotel for the trip back though others are available.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 20, 2006 by

“Bagels were stale and appeared days old! Poor food selection.” Oct 17, 2006 by

“Great location. standard hotel, nothing unique. had sausage links and eggs offered for breakfast. There is no place to park your car in the front to unload your luggage.” Sep 19, 2006 by

“For the money and the star quality this did not meet my expectations. The bed had not been made, dirty sheets, the floor had crumbs, and the restroom reeked of urine and it was dirty.” Aug 24, 2006 by
Jill from Franklin, IN
“The hotel was just as it appeared on website. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to use the pool and hot tub in the evening. The morning breakfast was delicious. Great hotel! Our kids were begging to stay another night! ” Jul 22, 2006 by

“Worn, tired, dirty public areas.” Jul 19, 2006 by

“For the price it was a good value.” Jun 11, 2006 by
Donna from Findlay, OH
“This hotel was nice, but the bathroom smelled so strongly of mildew, that this is the first thing you noticed when you opened the door into the room. The bottom of the tub seem to be stained a permanent grunge color. Other than the bathroom, the room was very nice.” May 15, 2006 by
Carol from Fernandina Beach, FL
“This hotel was very clean w/ knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was located near many restaurants with easy access to the interstate. There were coffee pots, irons and boards and hair dryers in the rooms. I would stay at a Country Inn & Suites again. We had a very good experience our first time staying there.” Apr 17, 2006 by
Dan from Saline, MI
“I would not rate this hotel higher than the Knights Inn that was across the parking lot. The Knights Inn was only $32.99 a night as apposed to the $100.00 I paid. If your in a bind and need a place to sleep and nothing else is available go here.”
