“This Holiday Inn is very good. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and quite. It is right next to the freeway but far enough off the road you don't get the noise.”

“After driving all day to get there we went to our room and I noticed the foul odor of cig. smoke and tried to ignore it, next morn. I realized they dumped us into a smoking room saying they had a full house. They switched us the next day and everything was ok.”

• Very clean and newly upgraded.
• Teen conference were going on and they took over the pool.

“This was a very nice hotel for the price. I was traveling with my husband and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. Everything is new - bedding, lighting, carpet, etc. It was also only one exit from the Columbus Zoo which made it very convenient. It's near the interstate and in a nice part of town. Will definitely stay here if we're in the area again.”

• Clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff.
• Curtain would not close. You could see through the sheers. Staff had to put a sheet over window.

“I highly recommend this hotel. It was recently updated and the decor was very nice. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place.”

• Kid-friendly restaurant in the hotel and great location.
• Did not care for other guests smoking in the hotel and the initial placement of our room.

• The location was convenient and room was clean.
• Very small bathroom. An old style hotel that has been renovated, but still is an old hotel.

“The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. We didn't have any problems with noise. It has recently been remodeled with updated carpet, wall paper, furniture, bedding etc. But like my husband said it's still an old hotel. The bathroom was very small. The shower was excellent, great water pressure. I felt my stay was average but definitely not exceptional.”

• Great location, met all of our needs while traveling.
• Wished there was an outlet closer to a mirror outside of the bathroom.

“The hotel was able to accommodate our 24 - foot car trailer in their parking lot, that was very safe and secure. The hotel is in a very nice area of Worthington and is close to the highway entrance (could never hear the highway noise) with a grocery store, restaurants and other shops very close by. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area!”

• There was a fridge and the bathrooms were nice.
• The ice machines did not work consistently.

“The hotel was very nice and it was in a good location. It was close to a couple of highways and there was a grocery store right there. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioner worked well.”

• The blankets were comfortable and close to the zoo.
• The door stuck open because of wood moisture so you must slam it or it doesn't close. The rooms where all one floor in motels.

“Overall the hotel was nice, but lacking in what others offer. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express on the way to Ohio and it was much nicer than this Holiday Inn. It was a newer Express with a huge bathroom, microwave, nice refrigerator, etc. I thought the Holiday Inn would have much of the same stuff, but it did not.”

• Being recently remodeled the room furnishings were in good condition.
• I think the A/C filter needed changing.

“This was the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. I liked the A/C controlled by wall thermostat and the shower was good. There were 4 pillows per bed, but they were too thick for my liking.”

“This holiday was recently remodeled. Rooms were fresh and not dated. Clean carpet, paint, bath. Normally a business hotel, it was not busy on a Saturday night. Staff put us on the third floor not near anyone. Quiet.”

• Did not replace used glasses, sweep the floor, or restore towels that were taken away. This was a 3 day stay.

• The room was very nice.
• The bed was to hard and I did not sleep well. The covers were very thin the restaurant was a little to expensive for.

“The hotel and the staff were very nice. The bed was pretty uncomfortable when you sat on it, it felt ok but after laying down it was very firm. The covers were very thin and the cover at the foot of the bed wasn't a cover it was for looks only because it didn't open up it just laid across your feet. The restaurant was a little high for the food we only ate breakfast.”

“This hotel definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I felt extremely comfortable there. The staff was very helpful and I especially appreciated the kind assistance I received from a particular employee at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. • The location was pretty good.
• The walls were too thin.

“The walls were too thin. The hotel was virtually empty the night I checked in with two 13 year old boys. I was horrified at 1 a.m. when the couple next door started mating very loudly! My room was separated by their room by an adjoining door, they didn't have to put us so close. Also, the breakfast should have been included with the room. I don't consider a Holiday Inn a 3 Star, it wasn't.”

“This property was formerly a Ramada, and has been updated to be more in-line with Holiday Inn's Standards. While the amenities and general cleanliness of the property are up to a typical hi, several characteristics of the former Ramada are still very visible.”

• I liked the layout and the different options of exits. The art was not outdated and everyone I spoke with behind the counter was very nice.
• The staff in the restaurant was cold and it took about 10 minutes for a great. We left and went to another restaurant for dinner.

“The room we stayed in was fine for 1 night. The room was clean, and seemed updated. I don't think I could stay there for a week with children and another adult. We like to stay in larger rooms with a small kitchen and the coffee maker out of the bathroom. (I'm not sure if it is an option in this hotel) But it was great for what we needed it for. The pool is where the kids stayed after the zoo and after dinner. In all we truly enjoyed the trip. The younger ones wanted a hot tub.”

• Electric blanket was not warm enough, no other blankets available in either room.

“Need a bigger sign to show which drive way to go in. Very difficult to find the room. The maids did not even know where the elevator was. Lack of blankets in the room.”

“The hotel room was attractive and clean, the beds were comfortable. We stayed in Worthington for a local wedding and the hotel was quite centrally located. I wasn't clear on their breakfast policy and was disappointed to find that we had to pay for it - we would've gone somewhere else if we'd known before beginning to eat as it was not exactly elevated buffet fare; however if we'd been pressed for time it would've been a convenient option. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Worthington.”

“For a Holiday Inn I was surprised. Many of them are not up to three stars. My toilet was not working and they did not hesitate to move me quickly. Could not get a King bed but they said they were very full.”

“We did not get any rest. Besides the noise. Our toilet kept flushing automatically all night. Our room was next to an employee lounge which again kept us awake. We could hear the employees talking in the lounge all night. Awful experience! Very disappointing!”

“Placed in a room with a stopped up toilet. Maintenance had not communicated with front desk staff on the availability. Front desk staff seemed confused in dealing with a reservation. Left me with the impression I was being charged a second time--cleared up by the day front desk staff. Nice room and lobby but not on par with other nearby 3 star properties.”
