- The blankets were comfortable and close to the zoo.
- The door stuck open because of wood moisture so you must slam it or it doesn't close. The rooms where all one floor in motels.

- Did not have refrigerators or microwaves.
“Overall the hotel was nice, but lacking in what others offer. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express on the way to Ohio and it was much nicer than this Holiday Inn. It was a newer Express with a huge bathroom, microwave, nice refrigerator, etc. I thought the Holiday Inn would have much of the same stuff, but it did not.”

- Being recently remodeled the room furnishings were in good condition.
- I think the A/C filter needed changing.
“This was the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. I liked the A/C controlled by wall thermostat and the shower was good. There were 4 pillows per bed, but they were too thick for my liking.”

“This holiday was recently remodeled. Rooms were fresh and not dated. Clean carpet, paint, bath. Normally a business hotel, it was not busy on a Saturday night. Staff put us on the third floor not near anyone. Quiet.”

- The room was very nice.
- The bed was to hard and I did not sleep well. The covers were very thin the restaurant was a little to expensive for.
“The hotel and the staff were very nice. The bed was pretty uncomfortable when you sat on it, it felt ok but after laying down it was very firm. The covers were very thin and the cover at the foot of the bed wasn't a cover it was for looks only because it didn't open up it just laid across your feet. The restaurant was a little high for the food we only ate breakfast.”

- The location was pretty good.
- The walls were too thin.
“The walls were too thin. The hotel was virtually empty the night I checked in with two 13 year old boys. I was horrified at 1 a.m. when the couple next door started mating very loudly! My room was separated by their room by an adjoining door, they didn't have to put us so close. Also, the breakfast should have been included with the room. I don't consider a Holiday Inn a 3 Star, it wasn't.”

- I liked the layout and the different options of exits. The art was not outdated and everyone I spoke with behind the counter was very nice.
- The staff in the restaurant was cold and it took about 10 minutes for a great. We left and went to another restaurant for dinner.
“The room we stayed in was fine for 1 night. The room was clean, and seemed updated. I don't think I could stay there for a week with children and another adult. We like to stay in larger rooms with a small kitchen and the coffee maker out of the bathroom. (I'm not sure if it is an option in this hotel) But it was great for what we needed it for. The pool is where the kids stayed after the zoo and after dinner. In all we truly enjoyed the trip. The younger ones wanted a hot tub.”

“The hotel room was attractive and clean, the beds were comfortable. We stayed in Worthington for a local wedding and the hotel was quite centrally located. I wasn't clear on their breakfast policy and was disappointed to find that we had to pay for it - we would've gone somewhere else if we'd known before beginning to eat as it was not exactly elevated buffet fare; however if we'd been pressed for time it would've been a convenient option. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Worthington.”

- The beds were hard and lacking warm covers. It was 10 outside and we could not stay warm. This should not be considered 3 stars.
“Everything was just ok. The restaurant closed early, most items on the menu were not available, and the people behind the bar needed coaxing to serve you. The rooms were clean, but the beds were hard and lacking a comforter. The shower pressure was good, but the drain was backing up. My guess is that is was 3 stars due to the conference rooms and the restaurant.”

- The staff was excellent and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
- The pool. Was closed. That was one of the reasons we took this hotel. There was no comfortable chair to sit in if you wanted to read. No fan in bat.
“We had two queen size beds instead of pull out couches. The beds were very comfortable. The room was neat and cleans except for the bathroom. There was no fan and water dripped from the ceiling. We did not get to use the pool as it was being maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish there was a comfortable recliner in the bedroom. We will return.”

- The room did not have a waste basket, glasses and was not convenient for seniors.
“This hotel was in the process of changing to a Holiday Express we believe. It should have been closed for the process. The lobby, halls and grounds were a mess. The help that we used could not speak English, which made it difficult to get the things we needed for the room. Folks that work in this country should take English in order to communicate.”

- Temperature uneven; needs remodeling in some areas;
“The hotel staff was friendly and room service was very good - quick, and good food. The baseboards in hallways were missing in some areas, the walls had some stains and black marks, the carpeting had some stained areas - not what I expect from hotel. In addition, "most" rooms have sleep number beds, but I did not receive one, although the hotel was not very full. The hotel people should think about this. I also spent almost as much in room service as I paid for the room!”

- The hotel is conveniently located.
- The hotel is run down, the carpet had cigarette burns and the walls had stains.
“This hotel is grossly overrated as a 3 star. It is misleading and I was very disappointed with the quality of this run down facility. The room was dingy, had cigarette burns in the carpet and the walls had several stains. It is in desperate need of upgrading. It needs to be removed from prickling or moved down to a lower star rating.”

- Nothing.
- The room was totally outdated, the pool and other areas where closed.
“Absolutely a total rip off. This motel room was not worth half I paid for it. They were remolding and everything was torn up or covered up. I would not recommend this to even an enemy.”

- It took 5-10 minutes to be greeted, and then I didn't see any staff.
- I left my phone charger in my room and it took 4.5 phone calls until the nicest, most responsible man, eyelet (?) Took care of me and found my charger.
“Lack of follow through and good communication among the staff-- needs improving.”

- You must lower the star level of this hotel. It is horrible.
