• Location was excellent for things to do in downtown Cleveland.
• Refrigerator was noisy.

• Nothing to like about this dump!
• Rude staff, filthy rooms, unsafe location.

“Don't stay here! The entire staff was quite rude. There were squashed bugs on the walls and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The shoe mitt was obviously used and then placed out for the next guest. The carpet was dirty! 30 minutes to get the car back from the valet. If they allowed me another stay for free, I would never accept.”

• Great location to local venues, progressive fields, bars, and shopping.
• Had to pay for parking in hotels garage.

“Easy to access from highway and just walking distances from many great activities. We will definitely stay there again when staying in Cleveland.”

• The staff was courteous and helpful.
• The bathroom was not properly cleaned.

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no where to park, and you had no other option than to pay 18 for the valet.”

• The staff was friendly and accommodating.
• The nightstand and desk were dirty.

“While the staff was helpful, I was disappointed with a few things. I was assigned a smoking room. When I asked to change they said that there were no other rooms available other than smoking. This was not confirmed on my reservation or noted or even an option. The nightstand and desk were dirty. I took a whitewash cloth from the bathroom and wiped down the desk and it was black when I was finished.”

• Very clean rooms, very clean facility.
• Staff were very rude.

“Upon arrival I was greeted by what seemed like an overworked staff. The lobby was empty there was no rush in progress, yet it seemed my arrival was an more of an annoyance. I didn't let this bother me as I used to work in hospitality and know how that is. Each person I dealt with after that was equally put out by my presence.”

“Hotel is located in the central part of Downtown Cleveland. The hotel staff provided us with clear directions on our entertainment destinations. Even with the location being Downtown we felt completely safe and were well cared for our entire visit.”

“Was very pleased with the staff, they gave us an executive suite for the same price even though we didn't request it. We had an event at the Quickens Loan Arena which was directly across the street and we really appreciated the valet parking and the sleep number beds!”

• The room was wonderful, bathroom great, sleep # bed awesome!
• The water pressure was low. Even though I love hand held shower, not enough water.

“I thought it was a great place to stay in downtown Cleveland. We went during an extremely busy time (baseball playoffs plus a concert downtown) and they handled the situation very well. Plus it was extremely quiet (of course that could be because we had an end of the hall room). Loved the bathroom!”

• Location; 1 block from Jacobs Field; 1 block from Tower Center City Mall.
• No newspaper later in the day.

“This was an excellent location. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping, sports and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We even went on the USS Cod Submarine.”

• Location in relation to place of attendance.
• The fact that they were having trouble with vehicle break-ins at the garage they used for their valet parking.

“Overall stay was great. Did not like the fact was asked to sign a waiver / acknowledgement that they were having vehicle break-ins in their garage. They need to add staff or security devices to improve safety and care of customer belongings.”

“Great location for the Tribe fan, sleep number beds may the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Only one of four ice machines in the hotel was operating. If the price was more competitive this would be the only hotel I would stay at while in Cleveland.”

• I wish it had a pool for my son.

“The service at this hotel was nonexistent. There was no valet attendant so I had to park in an open lot and my vehicle was broken into. I had a loss of approximately $4,000, most of which my insurance will not cover. ”

• The hotel staff was for the most part very accommodating. The rooms were very elegant and worth the price.
• The parking at the hotel was nonexistent, that was the only complaint that I had.

“This elegant Radisson was tucked away into a neat corner of the downtown Cleveland scene. It was filled with very nice amenities highlighted by the sleep number beds and desk and lounge area in the room. Be weary of stays during athletics events, due to the proximity of the stadiums and arenas.”

• We really enjoyed the Sleep Number bed. Our bed just doesn't seem the same!
• Everything was perfect!

“The Radisson Hotel Cleveland Gateway was so conveniently located to everything we needed. Just a block from the RTA station. Steps away from Jacob's Field. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House of Blues was just behind the hotel...it really was perfect!!!!”

• Fabulous location. Everything w/in walking distance. Helpful staff. Breakfast excellent and included in price.
• $18 per day parking fee. Unexpected. Cleaning staff a little noisey.

“Outstanding location. We parked and never drove our car again until we left for home. We walked everywhere! The whole facility was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful and pleasant. Excellent value. We will go back and stay there again.”

• The front desk was exceptionally helpful.
• The hotel is hard to find.

“The front desk made our stay quite comfortable. They obviously enjoy their work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues or Tower Center. All are within a short walk.”

• Fabulous room - clean, well-decorated, a few nice surprises. We enjoyed the Sleep Number bed!
• The nearest parking deck is a bit scary.

“Very nice room - we were quite pleased. Actually, our stay was even better than a recent stay at the Renaissance downtown. The Radisson was an excellent value.”

• We had the chance to try a Sleep Number bed.
• Room with 2 double beds was small, lighting was poor in the room.

“A little difficult to locate, but overall a pleasant stay. The 2 double bed room was a bit small. Not much space to move around in while 3 people were in the room.”
