“It was great! We partied all weekend and had a great time. Thank you hotel staff.” Nov 19, 2009 by
Bob from Pendleton,IN
“Convenient, friendly place for traveler in downtown Cincy. Price was right and room was small.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Rita from North Mankato,MN
“It was a nice stay for us and close to the baseball stadium. Not a bad place to stay. If looking for luxury, probably not what one would desire; but fine for a family with small children who wanted to see a baseball game. Three choices for parking. The cheapest site was a covered parking garage just kitty-corner from the hotel.” Oct 7, 2009 by
Laura from Fort Wayne,IN
“The hotel was a huge let down. The room was way too small. My husband and I had hardly any room to walk around. The furniture and room decor was cheap and dirty. Everywhere we turned we found belongings from past visitors. The hotel staff was lazy and went out of their way to ignore the guest. It took us 45 minutes to check in and the was no one in line or in front of us, the staff were just to busy talking to one another. The main lobby smelled like a geriatric ward and the restaurant was overpriced and tasted like hospital food. The only positive for this hotel was its location. If you have to stay here I recommend spending as little time in your room as possible.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Mike from Strongsville,OH
“Everything was dirty, my white socks were filthy from the floor. Would never recommend it to others.” Sep 24, 2009 by
Sue from Ottawa,OH
“The motel was in a great location. The lobby was beautiful and the restaurant was very nice. The comforters were dirty and stained. The bathtub was old but for the price I will not complain. The rest of the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Priceline to family, friends and neighbors.” Sep 20, 2009 by
N from Macungie,PA
“This hotel is nice but barely 3 star...nice rooms but no upscale amenities. Also a LARGE issue with internet access and then no one being at the desk to respond to a question....” Sep 9, 2009 by
Mike from Lexington,KY
“The hotel lobby is very impressive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. However, they were also small with old furniture & fixtures. The bathroom was clean but with old fixtures that needed to be replaced. In general, the rooms need to be completely renovated.” Sep 8, 2009 by
Lori from Louisville,KY
“The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.” Sep 3, 2009 by
Mike from Greencastle,IN
“The hotel has no free parking and the valet parking is over $20 a day. No free internet provided. The linens were hospital quality and the comforter felt like cheap curtains. The couch and its pillows were stained. The shower was tiny. The main lobby is beautiful but smells like sewage. They charge like a 4 star but are more like a 2, if that.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Wayne from Dayton,OH
“Hotel is in great location for downtown Cincy. Parking a bit pricey the beds had old fashion bedding instead of that new sleep comfortable stuff. View excellant did not like the service in the bar or the bar food.” Aug 20, 2009 by
Jessica from Point Pleasant,WV
“When we arrived the valet attendant was very helpful. Upon entering the hotel was beautiful. Check in was a breeze. Since we arrived early there was no problem with early check in. Our room however did have a smell my husband smokes and immediately asked me if it was a smoking room. I called the front desk and reported the smell of smoke and they offered to move us to another room immediately. Very courteous staff. The shower was one of the best as far as water pressure goes. When we called for extra towels, shampoo, and pillows they were brought up quickly. Overall we were quit pleased with the hotel. Valet was a little pricey at $22 but worth the convenience.” Aug 19, 2009 by
Kendra from Delaware,OH
“Should not be rated as high as it is.” Aug 19, 2009 by
Jacob from Delaware,OH
“Great accomodations - I was near the elevator and snack room and there was NO noise problem what so ever. Clean and staff was friendly.” Aug 19, 2009 by
Vas from Charleston,WV
“That pretty much sums up my opinion of the place.” Aug 9, 2009 by
Rory from Heyworth,IL
“This hotel was not at the star level that it showed. It listed it as a 3.5 star hotel and I would not go that high. The check in took forever and the line was not much faster for check out. It is very close to the ball parks which makes it nice but if you are trying to go through the front door during check in, you will have a problem with available space to pull in. Rooms were small and felt cramped and the bed was not overly comfortable in the room I stayed in.” Jul 26, 2009 by
Rick from South Amboy,NJ
“A very central downtown convenient location only a couple of blocks from Fountain Square and also a walkable distance to the baseball park. Staff very friendly and helpful. The very small space where you pull you car in made for delays in getting the valet parking and thus checking in.” Jul 17, 2009 by
Daveman from Newburgh,IN
“We had a pleasant stay. A nice downtown location very convient location. The staff was wonderful.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Brad from Indianapolis,IN
“When I pricelined the hotel, I indicated that I wanted a hotel that was at least 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, this is not a 3.5 star hotel. Rather, it should be classified as an economy hotel. Adjust expectations accordingly.” Jun 11, 2009 by
Chris from Indianapolis,IN
“Excellent hotel located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the stadiums. Rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous! Would definitely stay here again!” Jun 10, 2009 by
Eric from Indianapolis,IN
“Staff was overly helpful a lot of the time and room service food was okay and on time.” Jun 9, 2009 by
Jim from Winnebago,IL
“I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a fair amount of outdoor noise, so we cranked the fan in the room to drown it out. The beds were very comfortable.” May 18, 2009 by
Stan from Maggie Valley,NC
“The Millennium Cincinnati is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining and the great American Ball Park. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was small but efficiently designed and comfortable.” May 14, 2009 by
Mary from Louisville,KY
“Room was small, only 1/2 roll toilet paper, TV reception was terrible.” May 1, 2009 by
Teresa from Joelton,TN
“Wonderful location to ballpark & downtown attractions. Could use an update.” Apr 29, 2009 by
Christie from Williamson,WV
“Rude staff, parking lot was full, had to park a block away.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Lora from Celina,OH
“Hotel was conveniently located but room, including bathroom was extremely small. Beds were comfortable but furnishings were not very nice and chair was filthy.” Nov 13, 2008 by
PAM from Louisville,KY
“The rooms are depressing. The ice machines did not work, the windows were so dirty or old you could not see out, not color in rooms, bath mirror broken. Bed uncomfortable.” Nov 11, 2008 by
Craig from Monroe,OH
“Nice lobby and staff was professional. Rooms were a little small but very comfortable.” Nov 7, 2008 by
“We got to the hotel and things looked wonderful. Then we went to find our room and with the confusing lay out that took a little while. Then we got in the room; I lay on the bed and it was hard as a rock. My son while playing removed a pillow case and found what appeared to be blood on the pillow itself. The bathroom was mainly clean. We ordered room service; food not so good, watched a movie and had valet parking.” Sep 12, 2008 by
David from Brownsburg, IN
“Needs more places to eat.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Jodi from Taleia, OH
“Clean, but overbooked and the staff did not do a good job helping us.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Nicole A. from Shelbyville, IN
“I thought the hotel was nice, especially the lobby. I expected the rooms to be nicer than they were. The window in our room was very dirty and the bathroom could have used some more attention. I found it very odd that the bathroom did not have a vent/fan in it.” Sep 9, 2008 by
Paul from West Lafayette, IN
“Bad parking situation. Valet only. Check in took forever. Rooms very small. Beds uncomfortable. Small selection of television channels. Location was very convenient to Great American Ballpark.” Sep 5, 2008 by
Garrett from Perrysburg, OH
“Nice hotel, service was not good. They have no value for their customer.” Sep 4, 2008 by
Joel from Oak Lawn, IL
“This hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was located in a perfect location. I thought the check-in process was very slow as there was a line that went through the entire lobby (there were only a few people working at checking people in, despite the fact that there were plenty of stations available). I was most taken back by the room service and the hidden fees that came with it ($32 worth of pizza resulted in $45).” Sep 3, 2008 by
Amber from Saint Louis, MO
“Overall our stay was okay. The room was nice and the location was great. There was a lot of confusion at the front desk. Several times we went to our room and the keys did not work and we would have to tremble all the way back down to the desk to get them reactivated. They offered to take care of our parking for us due the struggles we were having, but upon checkout, the person who offered this to us had not put it in the computer. The staff was apologetic at times, but a few others were rude and blameful. For what we thought we were getting, we were disappointed with the service. We would not stay there again because of the chaotic and inconsistent service by the staff.” Aug 28, 2008 by
Todd from Akron, OH
“There wasn't even a lounge chair for the room. My partner called downstairs and they said the room didn't have one. The coffee maker was foul. The bathtub had been reconditioned with a plastic liner and surround that was coming off. It felt like you were standing on plastic bubbles. The mattress was hard, although not lumpy. There were no hypoallergenic pillows (I can't use down).” Aug 24, 2008 by
Mark from Mt. Sterling, KY
“Very crowded - not the best 3 star hotel, but our stay was good and we had an outdoor pool which was nice. Close proximity to Reds and Bengals stadiums. Enjoyable trip.” Aug 24, 2008 by
Anne from Worcester, MA
“A hotel that appears upscale on the surface - modern bathroom, wonderful beds, linens etc. It could do with better quality cleaning and workmanship in the rooms. The shower did not drain, one of the plate glass windows was very loose, and there was popcorn from a previous guest behind a chair.” Aug 23, 2008 by
Pat from Columbus, OH
“I stay here frequently due to perfect location, access to my car, and newly remodeled rooms which are usually just fine.” Aug 23, 2008 by
Michael from Brownsburg, IN
“Hotel is convenient to downtown attractions, easy to walk to either baseball or football games. Tank bus is convenient to ride to attractions across the river in Newport, KY.” Aug 20, 2008 by
Caroline from Lakewood, IL
“This is a lovely hotel, but the staff made the trip miserable. The first thing that happened when we got there was the valet opened the car door, then closed it on my foot as I was exiting the car (to make way for another patron) and never apologized (only blamed other patron). Line to check in was huge with only 3 staff (1 of whom left while the line was still huge). Line to check out was equally bad. Not once was I told to enjoy my stay or asked how my stay was. I am glad I was just there to go a ball game and leave and did not need anything more from them than a bed and shower.” Aug 16, 2008 by
Rob from Lebanon, OH
“The Millennium is a very nice hotel, but it is not as plush as the Hyatt or the Westin, both of which are rated as 4-stars as well.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Edw from Hilliard, OH
“Hotel couldn't be more centrally located Downtown. Ballpark and stadium within walking distance. Concierge ever-present. Valet asks for 10 minutes lead but has your car there in 2.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Jamie from Dayton, OH
“The overall hotel stay was nice, I did not care much for the room. The room needed some repair. Mildew and such in bathroom and tacky job on repairs, very small. Carpet not all that clean.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Monica from Sidney, OH
“Nice, if we would have had a bigger bed.” Aug 10, 2008 by
Tisa from New Albany, IN
“Average, nothing more.” Aug 8, 2008 by
Laura from House Springs, MO
“Staff was superb. Room was right next to pool so was a bit too noisy. Shower was way too hot. Called maintenance and they responded quickly but were unable to fix it. Bathroom was tiny. Lobby was nice. Free WiFi. Overall pleasant experience, but not excellent.” Aug 3, 2008 by
Kara from Hilliard, OH
“This hotel was clean and very nice. It was convenient and had a very nice room. The people there were friendly and very helpful. There were just not enough of them. The front desk was staffed with one person. When we called down for an extra pillow or the pool hours no one answered. They have all the capabilities of a high class hotel. They have put money in upgrading some stuff. I just think they need to put more money into the staff. Or don't claim to be high class.”
