  • the hotel was beautiful and clean
  • The motel list parking as an amenity; however the only way to utilize the to pay 20.00 + tip daily for valet.

  • I liked how convienent it was for the venue we attended.
  • The decor seemed somewhat outdated.

“The hotel seemed very nice. It was very convienent to the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ballpark. I didn't like the long waits for the elevator, nor the outdoor pool (even though it was heated). The only other inconvienence was parking. Valet parking at the hotel was $20 per day. A parking garage around the corner was $15 per day, however, you had to walk to get to your car. All in all, the inconvienences of parking were worth the price.”

  • The Valet Parking Lot is not very efficient, but cannot be improved

“Very convienintly located in downtown Cincinnati. We have stayed at the Hyatt (accross the street 2 times per year for the past 10 years) The Sheraton Four Points was far superior. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

  • good location.
  • very noisy - traffic noise. Bed was tooooo soft! Bathroom had mold.

  • Very friendly, helfpful and professional staff.
  • Parking could have been more convenient.

“Upon check in at the hotel I forgot to request a non smoking king room. We were given a smoking room with double beds that had stains on the carpet and walls. When the bell man found out that I wanted a king, non smoking room he immediately called to see if one was available. He did arrange for me to have a king room and it was excellent. However, I would have been very disappointed with this hotel if I had spent two nights in the first room. The first room was comparable to a one star hotel.”

  • The mattress was very comfortable-better than average for most hotels I've visited.
  • The bathroom was very small and wasn't as clean as I would have expected for a 3-star hotel.

“You may be able to get a great price for this hotel, but keep in mind that parking is pricey-$20. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful but the room was less than I expected, especially the bathroom which was VERY SMALL. On the positive side, the mattress was very comfortable and we had a terrific view of the rooftop pool and cityscape.”

  • hotel parking garage was full had to park next door

“nice hotel, nice staff, couldn't park at hotel, but was able to park right next door for $15 a day (special hotel rate). Rooms were a little on the small side, but nicely decorated and maintained well. Pool outside was heated. Nice breakfast buffet but not enough staff working the rest. so things were a little chaotic.”

  • Conveniently located in downtown Cincy if you want to attend a baseball game or hang out downtown.
  • Would have liked to see a light breakfast bar for guest in addition to the sit-down dining room experience. Parking was $15/day!

“The hotel has a spacious lobby. There were 2 lobby check-in desks so that part went quickly. Parking is a problem and we had to pay $15.00/day to pay in the lot right outside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable with a nice stuffed armchair and ottoman for relaxing.”

  • We requested a king or queen bed and were told there were none available, but found out later there were.

  • The proximity to the Convention Center was ideal, parking was convenient, was not charged for poor meal service
  • Room service was 30 minutes late and did not fill the order correctly. Bathroom floor and walls were dirty.

“Although there were two problems with the hotel, as noted above...they did provide us with a complimentary breakfast as a result of the poor service. There were plenty of good amenities and for the extremely reasonable price it would be worth trying the hotel again.”

  • Location in downtown Cincinnati was great, near ballparks and other attractions.
  • We were only offered a room with a king bed...would have preferred 2 doubles/queens.

“Great location...easy to get to with Map quest directions. Expansive, lush lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. One concierge was extremely helpful, the other was okay. Housekeeping varied (one forgot to replenish complimentary coffee/water). Other staff (bellman, parking attendants) were great. Would have preferred 2 double/queen beds instead of 1 king, but a king was all that was offered.”

“I was very frustrated about my experience. My sisters flew in for a weekend getaway. One sister had blood on her sheets, another sister found a used bandaid in the bathtub, I squished a small roach on the bathroom floor. The rooms were small and obviously not clean and smelled musty. ”

“Parking is not included with your stay. Parking cost me $17.00 for the night. Hotel must be a favorite party hangout, had young adults running up and down the hallway until 3 am. Staff was not helpful at all. Toilet next door overflowed and they had to use LOUD equipment at midnight trying to unclog it.”

  • The hotel was easy to find
  • I was chased to my car in the parking lot by a homeless person begging for money

“I was pleased by my initial impression of the hotel but later was very concerned for my safety. After I was approached and chased to my car by someone begging for money and then after I reached my car he attempted to block me from to leaving. Additionally after I reached my room to relax for the the rest of the evening I found that the remote control and telephone in my room didn't work. ”

  • The staff went beyond the call of duty
  • No indoor pool and the 20.00 parking fee.

“It was a great place to stay. My 10 year old daughter requested we stay on the 21'st floor and we were accommendated that pleasure immediatly. The bathrooms are slightly small but very clean. You can visit the Tower Mall just across the street were their is a two story TJ Maxx for the frugal at heart. Please also visit Newport Ky.(just across the Ohio river) and see the Aquarium and the largest free swinging Bell in the world. Overall exprience 8.5...”

  • The room was extremely dirty. I felt uncomfortable sitting anywhere. There were stains on the carpet and furniture.

“I felt that the hotel room was dirty. The room smelled like urine, the carpet was stained all over, the furniture was stained, and it was just a very uncomfortable feeling. If you compare it to other 3 star hotels, it is not even comparable. Aside from the cleanliness the room was much smaller than other 3 star hotels and had less ammenities in the room. ”

  • One of my favorite parts was the decor - it was very catchy!
  • The parking was a bit expensive.

“I read other reviews that made me hesitant about the hotel but none of the problems rung true for us except maybe the 20 for parking. We parked at a different lot about a block away but even they had high event rates and we paid a total of 24 just for parking. Other than that it was a nice stay in a nice hotel. ”

  • $20 charge for parking with no alternatives and no warning.

“Overall, the hotel is very nice. Staff is courteous and attentive but seemed bewildered that we were actually checking in. Apparently the 15 year old car covered in political stickers was a bit unusual. We were charge $20 for overnight parking, which we had not been informed about, despite the fact that I had checked on their website. There were no alternative places to park that were cheaper or free due to the very central location of the hotel.”

  • It is a great location to walk to nearly all events.
  • They never have valet parking available and make no effort to accommodate you.

  • We liked the reproduction antique French poster on the wall and the short walk to Fountain Square and the center of downtown.
  • The in-room heating/cooling unit was a bit loud.

“This is a clean, well-maintained hotel with a nice-sized room and good amenities that is conveniently located near the heart of Cincinnati. It is above average to upscale, although not luxury.”
