• Location to the airport.
• Charge $6 per day for parking.

“Hotel was under renovation, so everything is dusty and dirty. I found out that the hotel is no longer a Radisson, but is now Sussex Hotel. When it was a Radisson, I was told that I could park and fly if I stay at the hotel. When I arrived, I found out that I could only get one day free parking and have to pay $6 per day for the rest of the time. The hotel staff was not very friendly; quite curt. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.”

• To be truthful it would be hard to find anything I liked about it.
• Construction going on, pool closed, shower wouldn't work.

“The last time I used you guys the room was not very good, holes in the towels, no pool, no toiletries in room. This hotel was under construction, a big mess. The keyed entry wouldn't work so we had to wait for someone to come let us in and he said he was just going to leave the hotel unlocked because they were having so much trouble with the entry locks, that made us feel real safe. The pool was closed because of the construction. The shower in the room wouldn't work, so that just about did my stay in. As I checked out the hostess on duty at the front desk ask me about m stay and I told her want I have told you here. Well her reply was I will get maintenance to look at the shower. What good was that to me, having to leave a hotel without a shower.”

• Loved the decor and bedding - super comfy.
• The in-room coffee pot still had coffee in it & chipped pot. Spots in bathroom missed in cleaning.

“Perfect location, lovely decor and bedding, friendly staff. Bar, restaurant and little "market" for guests - perfect for late night munchies. Always been a big fan of Marriott's.”

• Easy to find and close to the interstate.
• Undergoing construction. Hard to enter building our room was in.

“This hotel was under MAJOR reconstruction and should have been listed as a one star until construction was finished. Half of the lobby was boarded up with plywood. The pool and jacuzzi was closed due to the construction. The first room we were put in was very hot and the air conditioning was not working. The smoke alarm fell off the wall and did not have a battery in it. The date for last service on the alarm was 12/01. We were moved to another room and the Temperature was a little better but the Air conditioning still did not work. No windows in the room could be opened so no relief from the heat of the building. I looked at the smoke alarm in that second room and its last service date was in 2003. With no sprinklers in the rooms this could be very dangerous! I feel like this hotel should be downed to a one star until renovations are finished. The staff basically said there was nothing they could do there were no other rooms to move us to.”

• The hotel was under major construction and the amenities were lacking.

“At this time, the Radisson is undergoing major renovation. While the rooms are clean, they are dated - thus the need for renovation. Due to the construction, the parking is a bit difficult - but free - and the lobby is unusable. The room was clean but the carpeting was a bit old and dirty - not comfortable to walk on. Overall, good for the amount I paid this stay.”

• I really liked the free high speed internet.
• The elevator was somewhat shabby.

“I stayed in this hotel a few months ago, and did not like it very much. This time I was in the tower and the room was better. The area where my room was last time has been gutted, and the rooms there will be replaced with two for every three.”

• The only thing that I liked about the Radisson was the courteous staff.
• The smell was horrible. My entire bag of clothes smelled awful by the time I left.

“It was all I could do to stay at this hotel. The smell was horrible the rooms were dark and dingy. The pool was under renovation which was really disappointing to our two small children. I even purchased the 5 dollar cancellation protection, and couldn't use it. They wanted a form filled out by my doctor in order to cancel my reservation.”

• Good food in the restaurant even thought steak was fatty.
• Internet didn't work, pool hours were horrible, elevators smelled like stale beer.

“I was very disappointed in this Radisson. I've stayed in many across the US, and this was THE WORST. Being located at the airport, the natural assumption is that it's for business travelers. The pool hours started at 9AM. The smoke from the bar poured out into the lobby. The wireless connection in the lobby didn't work. The pay connection in the room didn't work. Hard to find ice. The back entrance doors were not locked at night - anyone could walk in at any time. One elevator smelled of stale beer - the other smelled of vomit. Terrible.”

• The room was very quiet considering it was right by the airport.

“This hotel was very easy to find. We had adjoining king sized rooms with full size fold out couches. Each had an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and all of the toiletries needed for an overnight stay. Our visit was quiet and comfortable. Thank you.”

• This hotel is very outdated and smells old and was located on airport property.

“This is the first time I have not been happy about the hotel. The hotel was very old and outdated. It smelled old, there were stains on the ceiling, stains on the furniture and mold under the mat in the bath tub on top of the fact that the tub completely filled with water while I was taking a shower.”

• This hotel was very easy to get in and out of even thought it was right at the airport.
• We could hear planes landing and taking off occasionally.

“The room was dirty. The sheets in the bed felt damp. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. I had purchased two nights for this hotel and I ended up checking out early because I couldn't bear the thought of staying there again. I ended up spending twice as much money so that I could get a decent night's rest the second night. I was very unhappy with my experience and I don't believe that this hotel was a 2.5 star hotel.”

• Close to Airport
• Our room had a musty smell. Almost as if it had flooded and the carpet was never replaced.

“We liked it being near the airport... I think it is actually on the airport property. Although we didn't have time, the pool and hottub looked great. There was a ping pong and pool table (nice plus). The ice machine on our floor didn't work the entire time we were there. Our room had a bad, musty smell and the air conditioner didn't work great. We were happy to have gotten a non-smoking room.”

• Although we were next to the airport there wasn't any noise.
• The hotel is older and most place now you get breakfast.

“Although you are right next to the airport terminals you are not bothered by noise. The lobby area is nice. Hotel is older. It is basic accommodations. Most of your 2 star hotels offer continental breakfast this one does not.”

“we were pleased with the hotel being so very close to the airport. we were not happy to receive a regular bed when the hotel chain advertises their "Sleep Number" beds vigorously. we were told those rooms were sold out. the air filter for the room was dusty, filthy dirty. I also found someone else's navy blue sock under the desk...the maids had missed it.”

• It's location, I didn't have to wake-up the kids the shuttle bus picked him up.Everyone was very nice too

“I was truly surprised when I arrived. It's location was perfect(Ihave a 4&5 year old)my husbands fight was a late one & the shuttle picked him up for me it was great!!!!!! Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful.”

• Smoking everywhere (at the pool), near the pay phones, at the restaurant, etc. The staff spent most of the time making excuses. No satellite TV.

“No eating places close. The fitness room was just machines out in the middle of the atrium. The nonsmoking room had the smell of smoke and being unclean. However, the room appeared clean. This hotel was not your typical Radisson!!!! It was more along the line of a Comfort Inn.”

• Staff was flexible to allow the pool to stay open longer.
• Some room features were old and needed to be updated - tub, curtains

“This hotel is literally ON airport property, however, I never heard a plane. The staff was very friendly and allowed the pool to stay open a bit longer because we had a large group that arrived just 30 minutes before the pool was scheduled to close. Room was clean, but tub showed that it was very old and needed to be replaced - drain rusty.”
