• Very comfortable bed. Quiet.
• The wireless connection is pretty slow.

“Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Our stay was very comfortable. I have no complaints. I would stay there again without any reservations.”

• Hotel was clean, liked the 24 hr pool/fitness.
• Beverage vending machine was out of some soft drinks.

“Great hotel for the price. Would stay here again if I am in the area.”

• Amenities of room, and decoration.
• Size of the bathroom.

• Convenient to food and airport.
• On- premise restaurant is adequate at best.

“This hotel served me well, although it was outside the central Portland area. I was just passing through, and I avoided a lot of central traffic. It would be convenient for people using the Portland airport. The staff members were helpful.”

• Very clean and well maintained; great location from Airport and for travel to Mt Hood area.
• Price a bit high for this rating but so was everything else in this area of the city.

“Very convenient for business or leisure in East side of Portland or travel to Mt Hood/Columbia River Gourge area. Very nice and well maintained. Nice breakfast.”

• Comfy beds.
• Stayed in non-smoking room filled with smoke!

“The first night we had to have towels put on both sides of the door to keep the smoke from filtering in (there were no other available rooms to move to). There was no apology nor discount in the charge for that night. The next night we were moved to a different floor, but they wanted to charge us $5 for the move because the new room had a wet bar in it! After I complained that it was not MY fault I had to move and I didn't think I should have to pay the extra. They finally deducted the $5 from the bill. They didn't seem to be too concerned about making things right.”
