• I liked location, next to highways.
• Had to leave.

“I was very pleased with my last visit to Pendleton OR. Thank you Holiday Inn for making my stay memorable. It was a cold Dec. night, highways were being closed and I was exhausted. I was headed for WA but it was getting late so I decided to rent a room instead. Staff was more then courteous, property was in excellent condition and I guess the breakfast bar was recently upgraded. It was so delicious! Before I hit the road Staff had a friendly smile and said "have a nice day'' which started my day just fine. Usually I rate 7's or 8's but this time I'm going to go with 9.5 only because I've never rated a 10 yet.”

• Excellent free breakfast.
• Hotel room doors slammed shut loudly. Poor hinges.

“The room was clean and attractive. The free breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel maids were friendly and helpful.”

• Good location, quiet and I liked the free DSL line.
• Bathroom could have been cleaned better.

“I would probably stay there again, but there was a shortage of hand towels and wash cloths and I had to get more from housekeeping. They were delivered promptly.”
