• Attractive decor, friendly and helpful staff.
• Breakfast was not a good value and hard to find early breakfast in neighborhood.

• Beautiful Hotel! It was easy for our friends in Mexico City to find us.
• The hot tub was not filled would have been nice after we visited the ruins.

“The rooms were spacious and elegant. We were very comfortable and our needs were promptly seen to.”

• The location and view from the room was beautiful.
• The traffic in the city is overwhelming.

“The hotel staff was incredible. They were cordial and gracious. The spa was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. I have never given a hotel a perfect score.”

• Clean and comfortable and secure.
• It felt very set up for the business traveler and not so accommodating for the leisure traveler.

“I felt very comfortable and secure in this hotel. They seemed to really know how to take care of the business traveler but didn't quite know what to do with me who liked to walk, take the metro and generally be a more leisurely traveler.”

• The staff was very accomodating to my family. The rooms were beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
• I booked a tour through the hotel and the commission charges were not made clear to me.

“The Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec exceeded our expectations for the price and beauty of the rooms. The staff were very accomodating to the needs of my large family. Perhaps they were not that full when we traveled, but they went out of their way to make sure we had not only rooms next to each other, but adjoining. We had a lovely view of Chapultepec Park from our rooms. Our stay was comfortable and luxurious. Thank you to the staff at the Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec!”
