• Concierge was extremely helpful service.
• Location-too interior.

“It is an excellent hotel ,with an amazingly helpful staff ,it is really good if you don't know the language as most of the staff there is bilingual and they are willing to go out of their way to help you, I would recommend this Hotel to every traveler planning to stay in Mexico city.”

• Clean, clean, clean with friendly staff.

“Mexico City is a crime ridden city. I was held up at gun point across the street from the hotel. I will never go back. The hotel is fantastic, but Mexico City is not.”

• It puts a smile on your face upon entering and its pleasant surroundings contribute to a relaxing stay.
• The internet to use is very expensive!

“The location is good, however, it takes a little while on foot to reach la zone Rosa for the clubs and nice restaurants. The hotel is situated in a very calm area and it is not dangerous at all to be an outside the hotel even at night. There is a club just right at a side of the hotel. It is also close to park which is great during the day. If there is a cultural event in Mexico city, the concert hall is just behind the hotel and it might become quite a convenient venue for those who like to be entertained.”

“I was in this hotel before, and somebody, entry the room, when I was out for dinner. Maybe for an hour and half. They stilling in the safe box and opened. The people in the security were not nice to me. So I was not happy to stay in this hotel again. The hotel is very nice, but I didn't feel safe.”

• Great view, excellent room service food, very clean, I love decorations.
• The only thing I can say bad about this room is it needs more TV channels.

• It was extremely clean, and very tastefully decorated with beautiful flowers. It was so relaxing and I would return.
• We thought the breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but enjoyed it anyway.

“It ranked 10 in every way for my partner and I. We enjoyed the food, the spa, the pool, the neighborhood stores and restaurants We would definitely come back. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Flowers were beautiful.”

• No airport shuttle.

• Beautiful decor, friendly, professional service, excellent hotel, strongly recommended.

“The staffs are extremely helpful and prompt, perfect score on customer service. The atomsphere in elegant and romantic, another perfect score. This is one great hotel. Totally worth every penny of it.”

• One of the best hotel choices in Mexico-city. Great attention to all aspects. Great service attitude of hotel staff.
• Did not experience anything negative.

“Perfect location. Great restaurants nearby. Room is not very large, but is very well equipped. Fantastic nice mattress to sleep. Great view over chapultepec castle. But overall the service attitude and friendliness of the hotel staff is perfect. Personally, I prefer this hotel over Intercontinental, Sheraton MI, Nikko, en W.”

“The JW Marriott Mexico is the very gorgeous place to stay, very nice rooms, and view of the city. The service was over my expectation. My fiance would like to go back there for our honeymoon. It was just a dream stay. It was amazing.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

“This hotel is excellent. It is located near Polanco, an exclusive and safe neighborhood in Mexico City. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast buffet including local and international menu items. The workout room was large with newer equiptment,a pool and a hot tub. The staff was attentive and friendly. This is a first rate hotel.”

“This hotel is located at one block north of the Chapultepec park in Mexico at walking distance of the Museums such as museum of Antropologia, Museum Rufino Tamayo and Museo de Arte Moderno. It is a safe area with restaurants and bars and old beautiful houses to admire.”
