• The bed and plenty toiletry.
• Stain on the carpet and bathroom floor.

“Its location is ok but I can feel that the hotel is old. Moreover, the casino looks so sad. The bed is good.”

• Close but not to close to attractions.
• Clean enough but could have been cleaner.

“Comfortable and safe. Good location close to casinos and shopping but not right on top of them. Good access to public bus system and Macau Ferry terminal. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

• Well kept, large rooms, quiet.
• Money changing was tedious process. No information in room about hotel features like pool, etc.

“Shuttle bus from the Ferry made for easy access. Although some staff were not great with English, they all attempted to be very helpful. Bed was very comfortable; room commodious with good TV selections and they also had easy cab service.”

• The pool is great and the staff friendly.
• No one opened the lobby door for me when I was loaded with luggage.
