• We had an excellent mountain view and the staff was always helpful.
• The keys kept getting deactivated and the elevator doors closed fast and hard.

“Convenient location for the upscale area on the north side of Bogota, next to a shopping center and a park. Nice large rooms, many with excellent mountain views. Friendly, helpful staff.”

• The location was excellent.
• The wireless internet connection kept disconnecting.

“The hotel is very centrally located within a very nice shopping center everything you might need is very close by I was disappointed to find that there was not a full service spa in the facility the sauna was a little musty but the staff was very friendly and eager to please the kitchen was excellent breakfasts were yummy.”
