• Excellent location, view, accommodation and service.

“Amazed to get off our ship and find our hotel right above us. Fantastic for cruise travelers or people in Vancouver for a convention. Convention center is part of the hotel. Transportation access was very accessible.”

• The concierge weren't friendly at all.

“The hotel was under construction at the time. The staff seems don't care about us. I emailed them for my request and was confirmed with a king size bedroom, then they changed to the double beds after we arrived.”

• Awesome view and location. Very friendly, helpful and pool deck was amazing.
• They charged us $1.50 for every local call we made and expensive parking.

“I would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean from the room to the pool to the hotel in general. There is an IMAX theater located at the hotel as well as a Starbucks which was awesome.”

• Concierge, room quality and
  location.
• Pool under renovation. To get to gym you must walk through parking lot.

“A great port hotel. Great access to Vancouver - walk, bus, train, taxi, water-taxi!”

• The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, what else do you need!
• Parking was far too expensive for $30 a night.

“The property and the views are beautiful. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. I'm sure the restaurant food is great, there was always a line to get into the weekend brunch.”

• Fabulous experience! Beautiful setting against the waterfront.
